If there is noise in the hydraulic pump, you need to add oil, remove any air that has entered the system, replace or clean the pump, inspect the universal joint and, if necessary, replace it.
If the valve does not turn, it is recommended to inspect the oil cylinder for damage, adjust the pressure in the front valve, adjust the hydraulic motor, and check the muffler.
If the hook does not rise, the pressure in the valves should be adjusted and the high-pressure fuel pump inspected for damage.
