The Hancha loader is manufactured with Japanese components and components. Electric motors

Cabin
The cabin is very simple. It is made of four metal bars extending from the base of the frame. There is a protective roof at the top. There are 3 versions: C240PKJ - 17, C240PKJ - 20, C240PKJ - 30. The rated torque on the C240PKJ-30 is slightly reduced - 137.7 N m, but this diesel engine is the most economical. The C240PKJ-30 is also one of the most environmentally friendly. In terms of exhaust toxicity, it complies with EURO III A standards. It is best suited for daily continuous work, when the loader, as they say, “plows and plows.” CUMMINS A2300 Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 2300 cm3, - rated power 35 kW at 2600 rpm, - rated torque 150 Nm at 1600 rpm. Another “economy diesel”. Like the ISUZU C240PKJ-30, it complies with EURO III A standards. But this CUMMINS, unlike the ISUZU, has a slightly higher maximum torque - 150 Nm. So the performance of such a loader will be higher. CUMMINS B3.3 Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 3300 cm3, - rated power 48 kW at 2600 rpm, - rated torque 214 Nm at 1600 rpm. “A sports loader for professionals” - this is how the HC with CUMMINS B3.3 can be described. This diesel engine is the most powerful for loaders with a load capacity of up to 3.5 tons. Modifications RW1 and RW1B with a load capacity of 2.5 tons develop a traction force with a load of 26100 N, the lifting speed of the forks with a load reaches 580 mm/sec. Exhaust toxicity complies with EURO II standards. Due to increased fuel consumption, such a diesel engine is best suited for short-term, “emergency” work. YANMAR 4TNV94L Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 3054 cm3, - rated power 43 kW at 2500 rpm, - rated torque 205 Nm at 1000 rpm. This is a “muscular slow-moving vehicle.” On models RW6 and RW6B with a capacity of 2.5 tons with YANMAR 4TNV94L, the maximum towing force is 25,000 N - almost the same as the “record” CUMMINS B3.3. The lifting speed of the forks with a load is the same - 580 mm/sec. But the torque reaches a maximum of 205 Nm already at 1000 rpm. It is clear that this engine is designed for intensive work at low speeds. In terms of exhaust toxicity, the diesel engine complies with EURO II standards. NISSAN TD27 Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 2663 cm3, - rated power 44 kW at 2500 rpm, - rated torque 172 N m at 1600 rpm. The lifting speed of forks with a load on loaders with this engine is as high as that of the “athlete” with CUMMINS B3.3., but the tractive effort is 12-14% less. The engine complies with the EURO II standard. Fuel consumption is higher than ISUZU C240PKJ-30 and CUMMINS A2300. Gasoline engines
Gasoline engines have an important feature - they can run on liquefied gas. This reduces noise levels as well as exhaust emissions compared to gasoline and diesel engines. After all, gas differs from gasoline and diesel fuel in that it burns more completely. Therefore, a loader with a gas engine can be considered to some extent universal. It is effective outdoors, and at the same time can be used indoors. A gas engine is the best option if the same loaders have to alternately work either outdoors or in a closed warehouse. NISSAN H20 Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 1982 cm3, - rated power 36.8 kW at 2600 rpm, - rated torque 152 Nm at 1600 rpm. Installed on NS loaders with a lifting capacity of up to 2.5 tons. It features low fuel consumption. NISSAN H25 Main characteristics: - 4 cylinders, - displacement - 2472 cm3, - rated power 44 kW at 2500 rpm, - rated torque 179 N m at 1600 rpm. A more powerful option is installed on gasoline HC loaders with a capacity of 2 to 3.5 tons. Since switching to gas slightly reduces engine power, the NISSAN H25 is preferable to the NISSAN H20 for such a transformation. From 2008, instead of the NISSAN H20 and H25 engines, the more economical NISSAN K21 and K25 with approximately the same characteristics will be installed.
NS forklifts with higher load capacities use ISUZU and CUMMINS, as well as Chinese engines. On the heaviest ones - 18 tons - only CUMMINS QSB6.7 or 6BTA5.9 are used. About OKAMURA Almost all of the listed engines (except NISSAN TD27) can be equipped with the Japanese OKAMURA hydrodynamic transmission. This “floating” type hydraulic transmission is connected to the loader frame through special shock absorbers. The advantages of such mounting are obvious: vibration from a running unit is not transmitted to the housing. Zhejiang Hangcha Engineering Machinery., Ltd was the first Chinese manufacturer to install vibration-isolated transmissions on its forklifts. Has the choice been made? Each engine is designed for certain operating conditions that are optimal for it.
