Electric models are equipped with an electric drive and controllers. The smallest E 10 loader does not have such a powerful engine. For the remaining series of electric models, a powerful unit and customizable electronics are installed.

Engines of diesel and gas modifications of the EVO standard are manufactured using current methods that ensure lower emissions.

Linde H30D loader

Cabin

Light-duty models have a smaller cabin than models designed for storing larger loads. The operator on small models controls the process while standing. On the E10 model, the operator has a wide view. The control levers are at a comfortable level.

In the electric version 12-20 L, the cabin is equipped with an adjustable seat. It has joysticks for control. There are also mounts for tablet devices and bottles in the cabin. The remaining series are similar to this series, except for the 60-80 modifications, which have a reinforced closed cabin.

The cabin of diesel and gas forklifts is built from a strong frame. Inside, the ergonomics are car-like.

Heavy diesel series are characterized by the presence of a large, roomy cabin. In these models, it is isolated from the chassis, which reduces vibration effects.

Side loaders are equipped with a cabin similar to that of the diesel series.

For container series, the cabin is located on the platform. This arrangement has a positive effect on visibility during operation.

Fuel consumption

Diesel models consume about 2.4 l/hour. The consumption of gas modifications for series with the EVO standard is an average of 2.5 l/hour. For other gas forklifts – 3.9-4.4 l/hour.

These loaders have exactly the same capabilities and characteristics as the basic models. However, the main elements are isolated from external influences, which should prevent the occurrence of a spark. The loaders have been tested and comply with European directives ATEX 94/9 EC (EN 1755, EN 1834). These are international rules that apply to equipment operating in hazardous areas.

Peculiarities

The instrument panel, as well as all lighting fixtures, are designed to be sealed to avoid external influences. The engines have been replaced with others that are completely sealed. Their elements do not allow sparks to occur from outside. But the transmission and brakes, thanks to the use of hydraulics, do not require replacement and are used as standard.

The following components have been modified:

  • A heat exchanger that should cool the exhaust gases;
  • The generator and starter are explosion-proof;
  • Strict temperature control of oil, exhaust gases, coolant. If their heating reaches a critical point, the system automatically turns off;
  • Flame catcher and spark absorber, which are located in the exhaust pipe;
  • The electrical system is completely isolated and all elements of electric forklifts are completely protected from the release of sparks into the environment.

  • A flame extinguisher is installed in the intake manifold.

Electric models are powered by a battery drive. Can perform various unloading and loading activities on hard surfaces indoors and outdoors.

For diesel models, the hydraulic support cylinders are mounted on the cab. The transmission of these models is mainly of our own making. Transmission is hydrostatic type. Power is transmitted without the participation of a gearbox. Modifications of this type also have power steering. The brake discs of diesel forklifts are located in the oil pan. This arrangement increases strength and eliminates the need for repairs.

The design of gas models is similar to diesel varieties.

Heavy diesel modifications are characterized by the presence of a durable structure that provides greater load capacity. Otherwise, these modifications are similar to diesel devices.

Linde side loaders are distinguished by the shape of their lift. It contains a fork with a boom and a platform. Warehousing and movement of goods is carried out in two steps. First, the materials are grabbed using a fork and moved to the platform. Then the captured materials are transported. This ensures durability and safety.

Container models are characterized by a similar design to diesel heavy ones. There is a device for gripping - a sophisticated fork device that expands to move long loads.
