Purpose of the equipment: The FD-567 road milling cutter (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment) is intended for preparing asphalt and concrete road surfaces (without reinforcement) for repairs using the cold milling method (removing damaged road surfaces, protrusions, irregularities, etc.). The road cutter for the FD-567 tractor is an attachment installed on the BELARUS MTZ-82 tractor together with a hydraulic creep reducer (hereinafter referred to as the HCU) and a cutter cooling system. The cutter (item 3) in the holder is installed with the ability to rotate around its axis, and the installation angle relative to the generatrix of the milling drum ensures forced rotation during operation, which reduces wear of the cutters.

Hydraulic speed reducer FD-567.11:

The hydraulic speed reducer FD-567.11 (hereinafter referred to as the HCU) is designed to reduce the speed of the base tractor “BELARUS”. The GCU is installed on a base tractor and is used in cases where reduced speeds of the tractor with attached equipment installed on it are required (chain excavator, road cutter, etc.). When installing the FD-567.11 hydraulic speed reducer, disassembling the base tractor is not required.

The GCU is manufactured in climatic modification U1 in accordance with GOST 15150 and is designed to operate at temperatures from -20 to +40C.

The operating principle of the HCU is as follows: The flow of working fluid from the tractor hydraulic system is divided in the required proportion by a flow regulator. The main flow is directed to a hydraulic motor, which, through an idler gear, rotates the 1st gear and reverse shaft of the tractor gearbox. To limit the maximum torque, the flow regulator has a built-in safety valve.

Markings containing the serial number and year of manufacture are applied to the gearbox housing of each hydraulic speed reducer using the punching method.
