The international agro-industrial exhibition "AgroComplex-2019", held in the capital of Bashkortostan in mid-March, brought together more than 350 participating companies from Russia and abroad, which presented the republic's farmers with modern achievements in the field of crop production, plant protection, livestock and veterinary medicine, as well as new agricultural machinery and equipment. The new compact grain harvester NOVA 340, which occupied a central place at the outdoor exhibition, also aroused great interest among exhibition guests. First of all, it is designed to work on small areas - up to 500 hectares, and also, thanks to its compact size, excellent maneuverability and ground clearance of 50 cm, it will be effective on fields with difficult terrain.
The power of the YaMZ engine is quite sufficient - 180 hp, and the efficiency is impressive - during harvesting, the average fuel consumption will not exceed 2 liters per 1 hectare! NOVA 340 is supplied with a universal grain header, Power Stream, which ensures high-quality cutting and uniform feeding of the heap. Depending on the speed of the combine, the synchronization system selects the optimal reel rotation speed, which minimizes grain losses and increases productivity. You can use other adapters for harvesting grains, legumes, and row crops.
A 4900 liter bin is unloaded in no more than 2 minutes, and the loading height is 4 meters, which is quite enough for standard grain transport vehicles.
The classic threshing and separation system of the combine carefully handles not only the grain, but also the straw, which can be crushed and scattered or placed in a swath at the exit. At the request of the customer, a storage tank of 9 cubic meters can be installed.
The Comfort Cab will provide the operator with a decent level of comfort: as standard, there is an air conditioner, a stove, a refrigerated compartment for food and drinks, audio equipment, the steering column is adjustable in height and tilt, numerous seat adjustments will allow a person of any body size to comfortably accommodate. The ergonomics of the workplace are also at the highest level: the multifunction control lever, the Adviser system with LCD monitor and other controls are intuitive and “in their place”.
Engine characteristics
The Versatile 2375 tractor is equipped with a powerful diesel engine. This is a power plant with in-line cylinder placement. There is a turbocharged fuel supply and electronic injection. This diesel engine operates efficiently under high loads and is adapted to long-term operation at high sub-zero temperatures.

Repair of major breakdowns
Despite the fact that Buller can go without major repairs for up to 10 years, the issue of breakdowns is inevitable. The operating instructions indicate that you can deal with some of the most likely breakdowns yourself. First of all, we are talking about:
- clogged, damaged or incorrectly installed air filter (it is enough to install a new one or simply install it correctly);
- strong vibration in the body (improper adjustment of the seat or air suspension, over-inflated tires, mismatch of the hitch, failures in the ballast position).
However, serious breakdowns also occur:
- failure of the electronic control module is the most serious and expensive failure (the cost of the module is about 150 thousand rubles). Remediation will require good electronics tuning skills;
- under heavy loads, the transmission may fail, so it is better not to drive the tractor “to the limit”;
- Also most susceptible to wear are: the generator, the cabin air conditioner; there are cases of wheel bolts breaking off and fingers breaking (under extreme loads).
Repairing breakdowns is significantly complicated by the inaccessibility of parts: they must be ordered and sometimes wait several weeks for delivery.
For optimal loading, it is best to use a Bühler tractor on fields with large contours. Therefore, one of the main problems is the lack of utilization (only 35-40%), since private agricultural enterprises do not always own sufficient intact land. But despite this, the tractor is in great demand. Unfortunately, the ten-year-old initiative to establish production of Versalite 2375 in Rostov has remained a “paper” initiative.

The Versatile 2375 transmission circuit is represented by a unique and modern mechanical type system. The tractor can operate in three speed modes, each of which has four gears.
The power take-off shaft is connected to a multi-plate clutch. This Versatile 2375 circuit ensures smooth starting and trouble-free operation of the machine. The rotation speed of the power take-off shaft is 1000 rpm. The PTO has twenty splines. This design provides the tractor with high power and efficiency in all conditions.

Hydraulics - design and description
The hydraulic system of the Versatile 2375 tractor is represented by an innovative mechanism. It ensures efficient and uninterrupted operation of any attachment. The hydraulic system includes four hydraulic control valves. They are adjusted remotely. The operating pressure in the system is 200 Bar, given the rather large throughput of the pump.

The gearbox failed twice: the crosspiece broke (later remade for KAMAZ) and the bearings were replaced due to natural wear. The engine runs like a clock. The Hydra Flow hydraulic system is controlled by load reaction and makes the work of attachments productive and creates the necessary pressure during operation.
If there is no load, the system operates in an economical low-pressure mode and creates a reserve for transmitting the entire amount of power to the traction bar. There is also a separate steering circuit that ensures a stable oil supply that is not interrupted by attachments. If the steering is not used, the additional power is directed to the attachment system.
The productivity of the standard hydraulic system of the Rostselmash-2375 tractor is 170 liters per minute. As an option, a higher capacity hydraulic system is also available - up to 220 liters per minute. A set of 3/4-inch couplings and a backflow coupling without pressure are included in the basic equipment, which is required for connecting modern sowing pneumatic complexes.
The hydraulic tank of this tractor, unlike competitive models, is not combined with the transmission system, which reduces both operating costs and the likelihood of malfunctions.
The hydraulic system control levers are optimally located on the side console, highlighted in specific colors with couplings. Under each lever there is a three-position lock for easy selection and fixation of the required setting.
