The design of manufactured automobile dry feed loaders ZSK-10.0, ZSK-15.0, ZSK-20.0 and trailers ZSK-15P and ZSK-10PT provides for mechanization of lifting and turning of the unloading auger using a hydraulic device,
allowing to eliminate manual labor of the driver when unloading feed, and significantly reducing the time of lifting the auger.
Sections of the ZSK-20 bunker are equipped with gate valves (optional). A reinforced power take-off box has been installed.
The most labor-intensive operation of unloading ZSK bins, which requires significant physical effort, has always been lifting the unloading auger using a manual hydraulic pump, especially if the auger casing is filled with feed.
In the recent past, lifting the unloading auger arm to switch between the transport position and the dry feed unloading position required 40 strokes of the hand pump lever!
Optionally, to ease the physical load of the driver, a mechanism can be installed to automatically raise and lower the unloading auger rod. This operation is controlled from a remote control in the driver's cabin. At the same time, the traditional manual hydraulic pump remains as a backup in case of unforeseen situations.

The ZSK-15P trailed dry feed loader on the SZAP-8357-02 chassis is designed for transporting dry feed and mechanized loading of it into the external bunkers of livestock farms.
A ZSK-15 (4-section) dry food loader hopper is installed on the trailer platform. . The auger drive is autonomous, through an electric motor and gearbox. The electric motor is powered from a 380V network by a flexible cable at the bunker unloading site.
Transport movement of the trailer between objects is provided on roads of all categories of the general road network of the Russian Federation.
Trailed loaders ZSK-15P can be used as part of a road train with vehicles equipped with a towbar.

The trailed dry feed loader ZSK-10PT is designed for on-farm transportation of compound feed and unloading it into external bunkers of the BSK type on poultry and livestock farms, and can also be used as a vehicle for bulk transportation of grain (for large volumes of grain, a grain semi-trailer), combined and granulated stern.
It is aggregated with tractors of the MTZ type (class 9-14 kN).

ZSK-10 on a ZIL chassis is designed for transportation and mechanized loading of dry feed into the external bunkers of poultry complexes.
The dry feed loader ZSK-10 can also be used as a vehicle for bulk transportation of grain, combined and granulated feed, and loading seeders during the sowing period. The chassis is equipped with a 3-section ZSK-M-10 hopper manufactured in Belarus, made of high-strength sheet steel 3 mm thick.
The dry feed loader ZSK-10P is designed for transporting and loading dry feed into the external bunkers of feed dispensers. It can also be used for bulk transportation of grain and mixed feed. Mounted on the chassis of a tractor semi-trailer.
The main assembly units of the loader are: a three-section hopper with a chute and a horizontal auger, a vertical and unloading auger, a device for raising and lowering the unloading auger and a drive mechanism.
The bunker is all-metal, V-shaped. Each section of the bunker has a hatch with a removable cover. At the bottom of the bunker, a horizontal auger is installed in a chute, which supplies feed to the unloading neck. Slide valves are mounted above the auger in each compartment. By turning the gate valves, the amount of feed entering the auger is regulated.
The screw conveyor consists of unloading, vertical and horizontal screws. The screws are connected to each other through bevel gearboxes using a square joint. All screws have tubular shafts with welded turns. The auger casings are attached to the gearboxes with quick-release clamps. The auger shafts are supported by ball bearings of the gearboxes. Bevel gearboxes are interchangeable and have the same gear ratio, equal to one.
The augers are driven from the vehicle's PTO via a cardan transmission.
