Description of the brand "Forza"
Motoblocks of the Forza brand are a product of a Russian company, and have been on the agricultural machinery market since 2010. During the existence of the Perm brand, Forza walk-behind tractors managed to earn popularity due to their characteristics, the presence of a large number of attachments and a fairly wide range of models.
The manufacturer Forza produces walk-behind tractors with both gasoline and diesel engines.
The model range is represented by walk-behind tractors of various capacities, as well as gasoline walk-behind cultivators designed exclusively for working with soil, preparing the soil for sowing, fertilizing, loosening and weeding.
Heavy Perm walk-behind tractors of the Forza series can perform other operations, such as transporting goods, plowing virgin soil, harrowing, and also work with attachments such as a mower or snow removal attachment.
Heavy Forza walk-behind tractors can also be adapted to work with a crawler attachment if the device is required to perform heavy work, for example, compacting soil, as well as the function of a tractor.
In addition to the options described, Forza can carry out watering the site, harvesting work using brushes or shovels, and various transportation operations, for example, transporting crops on a trailer.
When connecting the adapter, the Forza walk-behind tractor is capable of carrying one passenger - the walk-behind tractor operator.
Service
The Forza MK 80 F walk-behind tractor requires care for the device to work for a long period of time. Here are the basic rules:
- Before starting work, visually inspect the motor cultivator for damage to the integrity of parts;
- Remove any remaining grass, leaves, grease and carbon deposits from the engine surface to prevent accidental fire;
- Keep cutters clean to prevent them from becoming dull;
- The walk-behind tractor is sensitive to water. Avoid contact with them. Clean any remaining soil from the machine after work;
The timing of maintenance work is given on page 9 of the operating instructions.
User manual
The manual for the Forza walk-behind tractor is an important document that contains a description of assembling, starting and running in the machine, as well as information on what kind of oil to pour into the gearbox and engine crankcase. Keep the instructions throughout the entire period of operation of the walk-behind tractor, and do not violate the rules for safe handling of the device.
Oil and fuel
What kind of oil should I pour into the gearbox for the Forza walk-behind tractor? It is recommended to use transmission oil TAD 17D, TAP15V or their analogues.
Transmission oil TAd-17i Transmission oil TAP-15V Machine oil SAE 10W30
For the engine crankcase, use SAE 10 W-30 oil. At low temperatures, use synthetic oils to avoid freezing; in summer and spring, use mineral or semi-synthetic raw materials.
Instructions for the first start-up and running-in of the Forza walk-behind tractor
The first start of the walk-behind tractor is carried out after assembly. Assemble the device according to the instructions using the fasteners included in the kit. Start the device on a flat surface, taking into account the tasks of the walk-behind tractor - immediately install cutters for cultivation, and wheels for transportation or other work. Start the equipment only when the walk-behind tractor is filled with fuel and oil. When starting, place the gear lever in neutral.
The Forza walk-behind tractor is run-in according to the standard scheme - during the first 20 hours of operation, the machine adapts to the load, the engine warms up, oil is distributed in the gearbox and engine, lubricating the main parts. During break-in, the maximum load on the walk-behind tractor is prohibited! Use about 60% of technology resources. After 20 hours of operation, it is allowed to perform heavy types of work, transport cargo and work with virgin soil.
Remember that the main purpose of this manufacturer’s walk-behind tractor is:
- cutting furrows, forming beds;
- plowing;
- digging up root crops;
- planting root crops;
- hilling and cultivation.
Maintenance of the Forza walk-behind tractor
Operate the device according to the instructions, carry out primary tillage at low speed, take into account the type of soil when cultivating. The land area should be cleared of stones and branches, and any debris before working with the walk-behind tractor. Clean the air filter regularly (dry paper filter - every 10 hours of use of the device, “wet” filter - every 20 hours).
Basic faults
What malfunctions may the owner of a Forza walk-behind tractor encounter? See the data in the table below.
Malfunction | Possible reason | How to fix it? |
1. The engine does not turn on | The fuel filter is dirty / there is water in the fuel / the spark plug is damaged | Cleaning the filter/replacing the fuel/replacing the spark plug |
2. Engine overheating | Low oil level or poor quality/muffler clogged | Change the oil/clean the muffler |
3. The walk-behind tractor is difficult to move on the soil | Too dry/wet/compact soil/incorrect throttle position | Use the opener to adjust the plowing depth/adjust the choke position |
4. Milling cutter knives “jump” on the ground | The cutting edges of the cutters are dull | Replacement or sharpening of cutters is necessary |

Owner reviews
Nikolay, Smolensk:
“I chose a walk-behind tractor based on reviews from forums, looked at reviews, asked neighbors, but everyone advised different things that would be necessary. Some are Russian, some are Chinese. The general impression on the trading platform is that forza has a very wide range, the models are similar, the higher the performance and power, the larger the tires. The MK 80 is a good choice for a plot of 10 acres, or up to a maximum of 30. This is not a machine for large fields, although everyone has the right to their own opinion.
Advantages: power, good layout of power units, balanced center of gravity, moderate noise.
Disadvantages: no reverse gear. It's not very good.
In terms of functionality, it’s still not a walk-behind tractor, but a cultivator, albeit quite powerful.”
