Engine

The mini tractor received a four-stroke air-cooled diesel engine of the D-120 brand, manufactured by the Vladimir Motor and Tractor Plant. The motor power was 19.5 (27) kW (hp).

The D-120 is equipped with two cylinders and air cooling, and has four strokes. Thanks to this, an optimal combination of power qualities and efficiency is achieved. The electric torch pre-heating system for the air of the unit allows it to be started even at low temperatures. Control of the mini tractor is made easier by a reversible manual transmission and 14 main speed modes.

The engine has a forced air cooling system with a guide vane located at the air inlet to the fan. The thermal state of the motor is forcibly regulated taking into account the climate by turning off (on) the oil radiator and the fan disk mounted in front of the guide vane. The thermal state is monitored based on signals from the oil temperature indicator and warning lamp.
