Currently, almost every farmer knows the Ukrainian manufacturer Zubr. The company specializes in the production of walk-behind tractors and mini-tractors, which are often used in the fields and vegetable gardens of Russia. Among all tractor models, it is necessary to highlight the Zubr 12E mini-tractor, since this machine, in terms of technical indicators, is the best option for working on a small farm with a plot area of ​​no more than 4 hectares.

In the process of developing the mini-tractor, the manufacturer took into account all the wishes of consumers who tried to make a mini-tractor out of a walk-behind tractor through improvements. First launch and run-in

At the first start, you should add engine oil and diesel, and then proceed to break-in. This procedure involves using the Zubr mini tractor at a third of maximum power, which is necessary for high-quality lubrication of all engine components. Run-in should last about 10 hours. Then the oil should be changed.

Conservation

After the end of the work season, the Zubr minitractor must be preserved:

• Place in a covered room (garage);
• Drain engine oil and fuel;
• Clean from dust and dirt;
• Remove the battery and spark plugs.

Service

To lubricate the motor of the Zubr minitrack, oils with the SAE 10W-40 classification should be used. The lubricant should be replaced every 250 operating hours.

For transmission, it is best to use 85W-90 GL-5 oil. This unit should be replaced after 500 hours of operation.

Fuel requirements

Most models of Zubr mini tractors are diesel and for their reliable operation it is necessary to fill in clean and fresh diesel, which should not contain abrasive particles, dirt or sediment.

Basic faults and repairs

If the mini tractor does not start, then the following faults can be solved independently:

• Check the availability and quality of gasoline;
• Make sure the fuel system is in working order;
• Check the condition of the spark plugs, the connection of the electrodes to them and the entire starting system;

Before preserving a mini tractor for a long period of time, it is necessary to perform a number of actions that will help keep the unit in working condition:

1. Drain all fluids, including coolant, oil, fuel.
2. Check the fastening of bolts and nuts.
3. Remove the battery and store in a warm, dry place.
4. Wipe off dust, remove dirt and wipe all metal elements with an oily cloth.

In order to prevent damage to the mini tractor, it is necessary to regularly identify all faults. To do this, you need to carefully inspect the car before starting, so start the engine and conduct a visual examination of the exhaust gases and listen to the noise of the engine. During the inspection, pay attention to the following factors:

Main breakdowns and ways to fix them

Attachment does not lift:
