When operating, after stopping the vehicle, let the engine idle for several minutes to reduce the temperature of the turbine parts. This will help increase its service life and eliminate costly repairs. In addition, unlike American or Japanese components, original spare parts from Hyundai are relatively cheap. Vehicle maintenance, including power plant maintenance, is carried out every 15,000 km. It is recommended to change oil, both mineral and synthetic, every 10,000 km.

Motorists note the engine brake installed on the car as a useful option. It helps prevent excessive heating of the main brakes on long descents, which allows you to increase the service life of the brake linings several times. A retarder is also useful on icy city streets. It can be turned on using the right steering column switch and kept ready at all times.
