The tractor is capable of hilling, cultivating, plowing, mowing, harrowing and other types of soil cultivation, including soft and hard virgin soil. Moreover, we note the fact that the tractor can be used together with a wide-cut implement to cover as much territory as possible at a time - of course, this increases the speed of work. In the construction industry, the equipment has proven itself as a loader, unloader and carrier, for example, of heavy concrete structures. In addition to unloading and loading operations, the John Deere 6195M is suitable for road construction tasks - for example, during road construction or replacing drainage and sewer pipes. Hydraulic system

The pressure and flow compensated (PFC) hydraulic system on John Deere 6195M tractors is easily controlled via the corner post display, delivering powerful hydraulic fluid flows of up to 114 liters per minute. In automatic mode, the system enters a "no-fuel" standby mode, improving diesel fuel economy, accessory performance and steering response. For less energy-intensive work, there is also a more accessible and simpler system - with pressure compensation (PC) and a constant flow of 80 liters per minute.

SCV – The selective control valve unit is conveniently located between the rear linkage bars and combines up to four SCVs, as well as Power Beyond couplings (this is an additional option) and a gravity return valve. Hydraulic flow is easily adjustable using the display capabilities on the corner post of the cab.

The oil collection tank with overflow holds 35 liters of liquid; oil collection capacity with additional oil reservoir – 47 liters.

Perfect compatibility

The renowned versatility of the 6M series also means that a variety of elements can be selected. In particular, we offer a wide range of attachments, towbars and power take-off (PTO) options. The new rear linkage has a maximum lifting capacity of 8,500 kg. PTO speed options are available: 540/1000 rpm or 540/540E/1000 rpm.

For even greater versatility, we've included a front-mount option that's ideal for ballasting and front-mounted implements. You can also retrofit your tractor with a John Deere front power take-off shaft, ideally compatible with our front loaders. The three-point hitch is equipped with freewheel stabilizers and shock absorption for better driving stability, as well as the iTEC Basic implement control system.

Regardless of the type of implement you work with - trailed, PTO-driven or hydraulic mounted implements - all John Deere equipment is designed to be easy to use and designed to deliver maximum efficiency and productivity.

Transmission options for the John Deere 6195M tractor

To enhance both convenience and performance, the CommandQuad Plus transmission features the maximum number of automatic features. Thanks to the smooth operation provided by the automatic clutch function, there is no need to depress the clutch when stopping.

Versions are available with 20 forward gears, 20 reverse gears, or 24 forward and 24 reverse gears.

The intuitive control lever allows you to select speed either manually or automatically. It is also complemented by a left-hand reverse lever. The version equipped with the EcoShift function operates at a transport speed of up to 40 km/h at an engine speed of only 1600 rpm.

  1. The John Deere 6195M tractor is a universal tractor that takes an active part in agricultural and road construction and installation activities. The ability of the tractor to perform tasks of various types is explained by high-quality technical parameters. In particular, let's pay attention to the six-cylinder diesel engine, which develops over 140 kW of power. This is not the highest power and does not play a dominant role in achieving advanced capabilities. And this is not surprising, because it is much more important for a tractor to have outstanding traction characteristics. Namely, we are talking about a torque of over 600 N/m. This figure is achieved already at 2100 rpm. This allows you to confidently work with heavy loads even in the most difficult to reach places. We will also add several auxiliary components here - this is a Common Rail fuel injection system, which contributes to ideal engine operation at both low, medium and high speeds. The essence of this system is the rational distribution of the fuel mixture throughout the combustion chamber to achieve the best fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness, as well as decent acceleration performance. Of no small importance is the cooling system, which prevents the engine from overheating at extremely high air temperatures. And in severe and frosty weather (for example, in Siberia), you can be sure that the engine will start immediately and will work without interruption. This is also facilitated by the pre-heater, which operates continuously.
  2. The car received a transmission with an automatic gear shift function. Thanks to the large number of gears, the transmission operates smoothly and almost imperceptibly. During the transition to a lower or higher speed, any delays, noise, vibrations, twitching or jerking are excluded. Everything works so clearly and smoothly that it allows you to confidently navigate city traffic and reach the stated 40 km/h. Here we will also add the power take-off shaft - an integral component for increasing the efficiency of the gearbox. Thanks to special modes in the range of 500-1000 rpm, the gearbox can easily withstand the maximum power and torque of the engine, which indicates the endurance and adaptation of the gearbox to heavy loads.
  3. The John Deere 6195M tractor received all-wheel drive from John Deere's own production. 4WD technology has several operating modes. For example, with a light load, you can force the front axle to disengage. In this case, the tractor will be rear-wheel drive, which will only benefit fuel efficiency. And when performing tasks on severe off-road conditions, you can not only use all-wheel drive (connect the front axle), but also lock the center differential. Activation of this component helps to easily overcome fords, deep holes and ruts, as well as 30-40 percent climbs on muddy ground. Here we will also add the unique features of the chassis and body of the John Deere 6195 M - high ground clearance, high approach and departure angles, massive wheel arches, wheels with impressive tread, powerful underbody protection and minimal approach and departure angles.

An important role in adapting the tractor to harsh and hot conditions was played by an effective heating and ventilation system, which maintains the ideal temperature in the cabin in any weather. The cabin is not only well soundproofed, but also has a multi-layer paint coating that protects against minor damage - chips and vibrations, flying stones and other hard objects. The cabin contains the main set of components and organs responsible for controlling mounted implements. All buttons and switches are located where they need to be. You don’t have to reach for them, and a striking example of this is the compact control joystick mounted in one of the armrests of the driver’s seat.
  5. The tractor is equipped with two three-point hitches that provide different lifting capacities. In particular, the main rear implement is capable of lifting about 9 tons of cargo, while the front auxiliary linkage is designed for 4-5 tons of containers. These figures are impressive compared to competitors. Such results were achieved thanks to the power take-off mentioned earlier, as well as a powerful hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump demonstrates an excellent flow rate of around 170-180 liters per second. And the higher the throughput, the greater the carrying capacity.
  6. The safety level of the John Deere 6195M tractor is at the highest level.
