Tipper trailer for mini tractor
Today, transportation of goods by special equipment is carried out using equipment such as trailers. But the work may differ, and therefore the trailer is required to perform certain tasks with maximum results. When using tractors and mini tractors, a device such as a dump trailer is usually chosen. Such a trailer is created from fairly simple materials and has a simple design, which should include the ability to lift the trailer body.
A dump trailer is a separate type of equipment for tractors that allows you to transport bulk cargo. That is, the body rises with a certain effort and dumps the load. The trailer is used in a variety of industries - construction, agriculture, field work, etc. If you need a dump trailer for a mini tractor, you should choose models in which the body is lifted by a hydraulic system. For this purpose, the design uses a hydraulic cylinder.
Other features of the mini tractor trailer are the presence of only 1 axle, which reduces its load capacity. The prices for such tractor dump trailers are quite affordable and reach 90 thousand rubles for a good modern model.
Dump trailer PU-3.0-01
One of the most popular mini tractor trailer models is the PU-0.0-01 model, used for transporting construction materials, root crops, fertilizers, and any cargo in agriculture. It has good wheels 100/75-15.3 with the ability to operate on public roads or in fields. This trailer will fit a mini tractor with:
- compliance with class 0.6-1.5;
- with tow hitch type TSU-1;
- pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
- possibility to connect electrical equipment.
The main characteristics and features of the trailer include:
- good load capacity up to 3 tons;
- ground clearance 300 mm;
- the ability to tilt the body at an angle of 50 degrees;
- recommended transport speed up to 25 km/h;
- cargo platform volume - 3 cubic meters;
- weight 630 kilograms.
The presented trailer goes well with a large number of mini tractors, because it has universal characteristics.
Trailer PTO-1500
Another popular model of dump tractor trailer is PTO-1500. The peculiarity of this technology is its affordable cost and good quality of materials. The manufacturer assures that the trailer must be used with tractors with a maximum power of up to 16 hp. Basically, the product was developed specifically for well-known Chinese models of equipment, for example, the trailer is ideal for the following models: Dongfeng 244, Xingtai 204, Photon 404, tractors from the brands Uralets, Bulat, Branson, etc.
The versatility of the trailer also helps it to be installed with domestic tractors MTZ-320.4, T-25, VTZ, Belarus 82.1 and many other models. The main features of a dump trailer include:
- maximum load capacity 1.5 tons;
- low trailer weight of 400 kg;
- unloading occurs backwards;
- there are folding rear and side sides;
- can be used on public roads due to the presence of a certificate (passport for a self-propelled vehicle);
- tilting occurs using a hydraulic system.
The manufacturer did a good job on every detail of the PTO-1500 trailer, so the equipment received a reliable mechanical parking brake, a maximum loading height of 75 cm and a springless wheel suspension. All this helps to actively use the dump trailer in the municipal and agricultural industries. A reliable assistant for any farmer.

What is a recycling fee?
On January 1, 2016, the Federal Law of December 29, 2015 came into force. No. 392-FZ, which amended the wording of Article 24.1 of the Federal Law of June 24, 1998. No. 89-FZ “On production and consumption waste”, which obliges the payment of a recycling fee in the amount of 69,000 rubles for tractors with an engine power of 5.5 liters or more. With. up to 30 l. pp., 86,250 rubles for tractors with an engine power of more than 30 hp. pp., but not more than 60 l. s., and 120,750 rubles for tractors with power from 60 to 90 hp. With. The importing company can pay the recycling fee immediately and include it in the cost of the equipment, or it can provide the choice of whether to pay the end consumer. In any case, payment of this fee ultimately falls on the shoulders of the end consumer.
We, as a retailer, sell equipment directly, and also, if necessary, undertake the obligation to issue a Self-Propelled Vehicle Passport (PSM), subject to a corresponding application from the buyer, and payment by him of the recycling fee in the amount established by current legislation.
Is it possible to make a homemade trailer for a mini tractor with your own hands?
As prices for factory carts rise, homemade mechanisms, which can be made at home from scrap materials without much skill or special knowledge, are becoming increasingly relevant.
We will look at several options for designing a homemade trailer - for beginners and for more experienced craftsmen.
Non-tipping trailer for transporting light loads
The most primitive design of homemade carts can be called single-axle with 2 transport wheels and without mechanisms for turning the body over.
Work progress:
- Making a drawing of a future homemade product - it should reflect the dimensions of the finished device, the size of the parts, the size of the sections, etc. You can use ours presented below as a base one;
- The cycle of preparatory and organizational work - at this stage, the necessary materials (metal angles, channels, stainless steel sheets, wheels, plywood) and tools (electric drill, welding, grinder, screwdriver) are prepared. It is advisable not to use rotten parts to avoid double work in the future;
- Creating a frame - it will be the load-bearing support for the future homemade product. For it, metal pipes with a diameter of 4 cm are taken, cut to size from the drawing and welded into a rectangle. It is important to provide a front traverse in the frame, weld a hitch for the central axle and strengthen the rear beam;
- Equipment of the wheel part - its axis can be a hollow steel rod connected to the frame with bolts. To strengthen the structure, supporting corner blocks and side spars can be used;
- Recreating the body - it can be made in wood or metal. It will be easier to make a wooden one if you have dry, undamaged wooden beams, but it cannot compare with metal ones in terms of durability. For a wooden body, the beams are cut into boards, which are sealed with metal corners, and then primed and coated with powder paint. A metal cart is best made of stainless steel or aluminum, which will not rust and will withstand heavy loads;
- We adapt the towing mechanism, which will maintain a balance between the drawbar fastening and the frame frame;
- We adjust the wheels - they can be taken from an old walk-behind tractor or a passenger car in the amount of 2 pieces. The advantage will be the presence of tires with a rough tread, which will eliminate loading and slipping on country roads and after rain;
After this, you can proceed to field testing and running in the cart.
What documents are issued when purchasing a mini-tractor?
Our company is a supplier of agricultural machinery for the end consumer. We purchase mini-tractors directly from the importing company, and provide you with the documents that accompany the equipment directly from the importer.
When purchasing equipment, you receive:
- Contract of sale;
- The act of transfer and acceptance of goods;
- Consignment note;
- Warranty card;
- Operating instructions in Russian.
If necessary, we can provide assistance in obtaining a passport for a self-propelled vehicle at the customs authorities. This requires an application from the buyer and payment of a recycling fee.
Design Features
A trolley for a walk-behind tractor is a single-axle (less often two-axle) towed device on a wheeled chassis. It is driven by the traction force of a mini tractor or walk-behind tractor. To attach the trailer to the walk-behind tractor, a special hitch with a support post is used to hold the trolley in the uncoupled state.
Cargo is transported in a body, which can be a flatbed or tipper type. The first type is used for transporting packaged and oversized solid cargo, and tipper bodies are better suited for bulk materials. To simplify loading/unloading, the sides can be folding.
For the convenience of the walk-behind tractor driver, some trailer models are equipped with a seat. It allows you to control the equipment from a sitting position.
What documents are required for an individual to register a new tractor?
