What advantages does the Russian Tractor program provide in 2022?


In recent years, the state has been actively subsidizing the purchase of vehicles and residential premises, helping entrepreneurs expand their businesses, ordinary citizens to acquire housing and cars, and developers and car factories to develop. One of the subsidy programs is the Russian tractor program, which provides preferential leasing for individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. What is the Russian Tractor program?

1.25 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the Russian Tractor program in 2022.

According to the terms of the fairly new state subprogram “Russian Tractor”, individuals and legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs, have the opportunity to take advantage of preferential leasing. The benefit of the purchaser and the assistance of the state is that the buyer of the vehicle pays a down payment of 12.5% ​​less than if he did not act within the framework of the program. This money will be paid additionally to the leasing organization from the federal budget in the form of compensation so that their income does not suffer from the program due to a loss of revenue.

Initially, when the state program only began to operate, the discount on the payment of the down payment under the leasing agreement was only 10%. However, the program showed positive results, and therefore, to further stimulate demand for Russian-made tractors, the Government increased the subsidy amount. But do not forget about the restrictions - the discount is equal to 12.5% ​​of the cost of transport, but cannot exceed 625,000 rubles. Nevertheless, the benefit is quite significant, and therefore people who did not have the opportunity to purchase vehicles before began to apply for leasing of heavy wheeled equipment.

All-terrain vehicles for the Red Army

All-terrain vehicles served in the interests of the army, as they provided excellent maneuverability in rough terrain, off-road conditions and rainy weather. A lot depended on this technology, including the lives of soldiers and officers, the safety of equipment and ammunition, and logistics. The vehicles had different modifications from each other, coping with different military tasks. Short platforms for cargo transportation indicate the primary purpose of the vehicles - towing artillery systems. Testing of the tractors in question was completed in 1934, and the results were more than good.

For what purpose was it introduced?

Although the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia is an important area of ​​investing in the economy, the introduction of preferential car leasing programs and subprograms was due to the Government’s desire to stimulate demand for vehicles of domestic manufacturers and promote the production of commercial vehicles. Russia needs to renew the fleet of equipment of the domestic automobile industry.

The program is to some extent designed for representatives of the Russian automobile industry - with its help, the state is going to help concentrate the production/assembly of vehicles in our country without involving foreign factories.

The terms of participation

A subsidy for the payment of a down payment for the purchase of vehicles on lease will be provided under contracts under which long-haul truck tractors are sold:

  • small/medium-sized businesses in Russia (according to the Federal Law “On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation”);
  • agricultural producers (according to the Federal Law “On the Development of Agriculture in the Russian Federation”).

The conditions for participation in the state subsidy program are as follows:

  • the leasing agreement must be concluded for a period of no more than 3 years;
  • Equipment from Russian manufacturers must be purchased under a leasing agreement (or the transport must be domestically assembled), these can be products from KamAZ, GAZ, ZIL, UralAZ, Hyundai, Scania, Renault Trucks, Isuzu, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo Trucks, BAW-RUS .

In many ways, these are truly the best trucks of their kind. Moreover, even many non-Russian competitors are not able to offer similar equipment.

  • KAMAZ NEW 65225. In general, it is positioned as a truck tractor intended for interregional and international routes. But this is an all-wheel drive three-axle vehicle with a 6x6 layout. Due to the wheel formula, it moves easily off-road. The new all-metal cab has a 4-point air suspension. The design of the car was improved, the aerodynamics were improved, and a sleeping place with an increased level of comfort was installed. When transporting cargo, it can pull a semi-trailer weighing up to 26.7 tons. And if this is a road with a permitted axle load of 100 kN, then all 75.3 tons. As part of the modernization, the truck was equipped with an 11.7-liter Cummins engine. Turbocharging and a direct injection system made it possible to squeeze out 400 horsepower. It is paired with a 16-speed manual transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.

  • Tonar 7502. A unique car in many ways. If you take all the existing Russian trucks, you will not find an analogue to this car. A special technique that is only gaining popularity in 2022. The new product was presented in December 2022. Positioned as a multi-link machine with increased load capacity. In fact, this is an all-wheel drive tractor and a pair of dump semi-trailers in one design. The car is prohibited from driving on public roads. The truck is designed for the most difficult operating conditions. In general, this giant road train was specially created to carry out work in the area of ​​​​a diamond deposit in Yakutia. The power plant is a 19-liter Cummins QSK internal combustion engine. It is turbocharged and produces 760 horsepower. Moreover, it works in tandem with a 7-speed automatic transmission.

  • Ural 44202. This is a whole family that includes truck tractors. Characterized by increased cross-country ability. Designed to work in difficult conditions, including off-road cargo transportation. Interestingly, the first Ural of this family debuted back in 1977. The current model with the additional index 351180 has been launched since 2013. The latest version received a cabover cab from IVECO. It looks more than decent. The off-road truck is equipped with diesel turbo engines with 6 and 8 cylinders. The volume varies from 10.8 to 14.8 liters, and the power can be 210-285 horsepower. A choice of 5 or 9-speed gearboxes, plus 2-range transfer case.

  • Tonar 45252. In fact, this is a mining tractor. One of the largest in the manufacturer's line. A machine was created to work in harsh climates. Characterized by increased load capacity and ease of maintenance. With such a truck you can transport cargo weighing up to 130 tons. The cabin is entirely aluminum, with air suspension. There is double glazing and an increased efficiency heating system. A 6-cylinder turbodiesel was chosen as the internal combustion engine, which produces 600 horsepower. Paired with it is a hydromechanical automatic transmission with 9 gears, 2 of which are rear.

  • Ural NEXT 6x6. A truck tractor, but far from the simplest. The vehicle is characterized by increased cross-country ability and has a 6x6 wheel arrangement. Designed for towing trailers, working as part of a road train, on any roads. Easily remains operational at temperatures down to -45 degrees Celsius. Serial production started in December 2015. Then the model was slightly updated after 3 years. The cabin here is 3-seater. But there is no sleeping place. The permissible maximum weight of a road train reaches 38 tons. The internal combustion engine is a domestic YaMZ engine with a capacity of 6.65 liters and a power of 312 horsepower. It is complemented by a 9-speed ZF gearbox and a 2-speed transfer case.

It is clear that these are not all Russian trucks. Also on the territory of the Russian Federation, excellent vehicles of various purposes and types are assembled, including dump trucks, trucks with awnings, open platforms, etc.

The compact cabover truck ZIL-4329 of the Centaur family was produced at the end of the life of the famous plant, entering the production line only in 2009. It was then decided not to spend money on developing a new cabin - ready-made kits were purchased from the Chinese company Shaanxi (and its cabins, in turn, are updated copies of those used on the MAN L2000).
