A new term has already appeared: the legal carrying capacity of the car. This is the load capacity at which none of the parameters required by law is exceeded - neither the axle load nor the total weight of the vehicle as a whole. Technical load capacity is the load capacity of a vehicle as provided by its design, where none of its design parameters exceeds the limits established by the automaker.
