Notes on Capacity Tables
- Load capacity tables are calculated according to EN 13000.
- When calculating load capacity tables, a minimum wind speed of 9 m/s (33 km/h) and windage (wind area) of the load of 1 sq. were accepted. m per ton of lifted cargo and the coefficient of air resistance of the cargo is 1.2. When lifting loads with a larger windage and/or a high air resistance coefficient, it is necessary to reduce the maximum wind speed indicated in the lifting capacity tables.
- Load capacities are given in tons.
- The weight of the load hook and/or hook hanger is part of the load and must therefore be deducted from the load capacity.
- Reach is measured from the center of rotation.
- The lifting capacity for the telescopic boom is valid when the folding extension is removed.
- It is possible to change the load capacity values.
- Lifting capacities above 82.6 t/97.7 t are only possible with an additional hook holder/rope block.

- Engine. 6-cylinder diesel, manufactured by Liebherr, water cooled, power 400 kW (544 hp) max. torque 2516 Nm. Exhaust emissions in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/1628, EPA/CARB or ECE-R.96. Fuel tank capacity: 480 liters.
- Drive unit. 12-speed ZF automated gearbox with built-in retarder. The transfer case is two-speed, with a locking differential.
- Bridges. The crane's undercarriage axles require little maintenance and all 5 axles are steering-controlled. Axles 2, 4 and 5 are planetary, all drive axles with cross-axle differential locks; axle 4 has a longitudinal differential lock.
- Cardan shafts. All cardan shafts are cross-toothed at 70° and are maintenance-free.
- Suspension. All axles are equipped with hydropneumatic suspension with automatic level adjustment (Niveaumatik system) and hydraulic locking.
- Tires. 10 single tires size 385/95 R 25 (14.00 R 25).
- Steering. 2-circuit power steering system. Active speed-dependent steering of the rear axles, special steering programs for different driving situations.
- Brakes. Service brake: pneumatic brakes on all wheels, disc brakes on all axles, 2-circuit system. Handbrake: spring-loaded accumulators acting on the wheels of axles 2, 3, 4 and 5. Parking brake: engine brake with exhaust valve with additional brake system from Liebherr.
- Driver's cabin. A spacious, corrosion-resistant cabin in a comfortable design, with rubber shock absorbers and safety glass glazing.

- Crane drive. Diesel-hydraulic with one axial-piston twin pump with servo control and power adjustment.
- Control. Load self-adaptation system. Two self-centering controllers with four simultaneous cross movements.
- Lifting mechanism. Axial piston permanent hydraulic motor. The winch drum of the lifting mechanism has a planetary gearbox and an automatic normally closed multi-disc brake.
- Mechanism for changing boom extension. 1 double-sided hydraulic cylinder with reverse safety valve.
- Rotation mechanism. Axial piston unregulated hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox with automatic normally closed multi-disc brake. Serial switching to open or closed loop.
- Crane operator's cabin. Wide view, safety glazing, comfortable design, the cabin can be tilted back by 20°.
- Security devices. Load limiter LICCON2, test system, load lifting limit switch, safety and shut-off hydraulic valves for cases of rupture of hydraulic lines.
