Models of AMKODOR backhoe loaders

Amkodor backhoe loaders are now represented by 4 models - Amkodor 702EA, Amkodor 702EB, Amkodor 702EM and Amkodor 91. The last model is a chain backhoe loader and has a modification of Amkodor 91B.
The weight of backhoe loaders is 5.9-6.35 tons, the bucket volume is 0.28-0.44 cubic meters. The operating power of all models is 60 kW.

The entire model range of Amkodor backhoe loaders is based on the MTZ-82.1 “Belarus” or MTZ-82.2 “Belarus” tractor. The loading equipment is unified with the loading equipment of the Amkodor 133 bulldozer loader.

The basic assembly of the Amkodor 702EA backhoe loader is equipped with a quick-change bucket and a dozer blade. The 702EB can be equipped with a quick-change double jaw bucket that combines the capabilities of a bucket, grapple, dozer blade and jaw grapple.

The 702EM machine is equipped with permanent bulldozer equipment at the front.

Backhoe loaders equipped with backhoe attachments are designed for excavation work on category 1 and 4 soils, such as digging holes, ditches and trenches. Work on soils above category III is possible only after preliminary loosening.

Replaceable loading equipment includes: bulldozer blade (rotating and fixed), double-jaw bucket, snow bucket, root crop bucket, cargo forks, agricultural forks, forks with grip, mounting hook (rotating and fixed), roll grip; jaw grip (for wood), grip (for long-fiber materials), curb grip. Additional replaceable working parts of excavator equipment: bucket (narrow), grab bucket (for bulk materials), grab grab (agricultural), hydraulic hammer.

Braking system

• The recommended crankcase oil is LUKOIL products. It has successfully passed tests and is approved for use in engines for Amkodor tractors. The engine oil should be changed every 250 operating hours. The average crankcase volume is 12 liters.
• For the transmission, lubricants with classification SAE 80W-90 API GL-5 should be used. The operating instructions recommend using TNK Trans oil.
• The axle oil should be changed every 1000 hours of operation.
• Diesel fuel also has special requirements. The sulfur content in it should not exceed 350 mg/kg. Otherwise, a large amount of soot will form.

Carrying out repair work

Every owner of an Amkodor tractor should know how to correct the main malfunctions of this equipment. If the hydraulic system is making too much noise, here's what could be causing it:

1. The pump takes in air during operation (tightness must be ensured);
2. Hoses and pipelines are not secured (they should be secured using staples);
3. Foaming of the working fluid (it is necessary to change the oil);
4. Wear of system elements or their mechanical damage (replace the corresponding parts with new ones).

If the hydraulic motor rotation shaft rotates slowly, this could be caused by the following reasons:

1. Lack of oil in the hydraulic tank (lubricant should be added);
2. Low pump flow (its operation should be adjusted or broken parts replaced);
3. The hydraulic motor control unit constantly receives an electrical signal (the control unit must be repaired or replaced);
4. Increased internal leaks (in this case, it is necessary to completely replace the hydraulic motor with a new one).

Driver's cabin

The loader has a comfortable and ergonomic cabin, in which it is very convenient for the operator to stay even for a fairly long period of time.
