Shacman SX3316DT366 dump trucks are equipped with a WEICHAI WP12.375E40 engine. The six-cylinder in-line turbocharged diesel produces 375 hp/275 kW. The working volume of the power unit is 11.6 liters. Maximum torque is achieved at 1000-1400 rpm and is 1800 Nm.

The base cab is a MAN cab model F2000 or F3000. The engine complies with the fourth environmental class. The engine unit uses a 12-speed manual gearbox. The maximum transport speed reaches 90 km/h.

Characteristics of the model range

The most popular dump trucks are the Shakman F3000 series. They are represented by vehicles with a 6x4 and 8x4 wheel arrangement. There is also a 6x6 all-wheel drive version.

Current versions of Shakman dump trucks with Euro-IV environmental standard have been produced since 2013 and received the following designations:

Cabin

From the point of view of ergonomics, occupational safety and health, the truck cabin is important. Shakman dump trucks are equipped with an insulated tilting cab, the design of which is borrowed from MAN. Any chassis in the series can be equipped with an F2000 or F3000 cab.

This allows the Shacman SX3255DR384 dump truck to achieve a lifting capacity of up to 25 tons, which is almost twice its own weight of 14.3 tons. In addition, in the Shacman SX3255DR384 dump truck model, the Chinese provided functions such as turbocharging, intercooler, liquid cooling of the six-cylinder diesel engine and direct injection. This model is similar to the Shacman SX3255DR385 dump truck, only the second one has a 6x6 wheelbase.

• The SX3255DR384C version has similar parameters, but the engine has higher power and the body volume is almost half as much. By the way, the body itself is equipped with a hydraulic lift.

• There are two more modifications of the Shakman truck, namely, dump trucks of the SX3315DR366 and SX3315DR366C types, the technical characteristics of which in terms of engine power differ by 1 l/s, although they were made by different manufacturers, but they have the same wheelbase - 8x4.
• Two more types SX3256DT385 and SX3256DV385 with a corresponding power of 375 l/s and 430 l/s.
