User manual

Before using the mini tractor, read the operating instructions. The main guarantors of safe and durable operation of the device are timely replacement of fuels and lubricants and compliance with the operating rules of the unit.

What oil and fuel should I choose for a mini tractor?

Depending on the type of engine (gasoline or diesel), choose engine oil. The oil can be of any production; the viscosity class and quality of the product are important. Recommended types of motor oil for gasoline engines: according to classes SG (1989), SH (1993), SJ (1996), SL (2001), SM (2004), SN (2010). Motor oils for diesel engines: 5W-40, 10W-40 and others.

Device Features

The Belarus-132N minitractor is equipped with a single-cylinder gasoline power unit from the Japanese manufacturer Honda. The engine has the index GX390, which precisely indicates its displacement (390 cubic meters). The motor is capable of developing a rated power of 13 horsepower, which translates to 9.6 kilowatts. There are also some versions equipped with the LF188FD engine manufactured by Lifan, which has similar power indicators. The manufacturer produced a limited batch of mini tractors, which, in addition to their standard power plants, had a two-cylinder four-stroke B&S engine. Its power reaches 16 horsepower, which is quite a high figure for this mini tractor.

In any configuration and in any version, the Belarus-132N model has a mechanical transmission. The gearbox includes 4 forward gears and 3 reverse gears. The front axle was supplemented with a locking differential, providing the vehicle with increased cross-country ability on various types of soil. It should be noted that this function does not work automatically and to enable it, you must move the control lever located on the dashboard to the appropriate position. Disabling the blocking occurs in exactly the same way.

The onboard hydraulic system of the Belarus-132N minitractor has a gear hydraulic pump, which operates through a special drive from the power unit, a single-section spool-valve hydraulic distributor, and a hydraulic cylinder. Installation of a front linkage mechanism was often offered as additional options.

The tractor has an all-wheel drive system, which also provides high maneuverability. It is worth noting that here the all-wheel drive is not permanent, which means disabling the front axle. Among its class, the Belarus-132N model stands out thanks to its articulated frame, which provides excellent maneuverability.

Reliability

Although the design of the mini tractor seems weak at first glance (hinge joints in the center), in fact the machine can withstand very serious loads, which has been tested by time. The tractor is unpretentious in terms of the quality of fuel consumed, but it is still recommended to fill the tank with AI-92.

Repair features

As was described at the beginning, Belarus-132N was based on the Belarus-112 minitractor; accordingly, most of the elements and components were unified. The simple design allows the owner to eliminate any malfunctions in a short time.

Types of attachments

Belarus mini tractors demonstrate their high functionality together with attachments. The manufacturer offers many different attachments. Let's take a closer look at the range of additional equipment.

Mills, cultivators, harrows, cultivators

Active cutter 00700-B is used for mixing the top layer of soil of any composition. The site can be inclined up to 10°. The FR-00700-B cutter can operate with surface unevenness up to ±10 cm. The immersion depth of the cutters is up to 8 cm.

Tractor harrow BT-1.6

Smorgon Aggregate Plant offers the BT-1.6 harrow. It is used to crush the remaining blocks after plowing the soil. In addition, the harrow is used to remove soil crusts after winter during sowing of winter crops and harrowing seedlings. This attachment is also used for filling furrows for seeds and fertilizing the soil.

If it is necessary to cultivate harder soils, the KTD-1.3 cultivator can be used instead of a harrow. It has more weight, and its rods go deeper into the ground. The cultivator can be used to cut weeds before they emerge.

Cultivator KTD-1.3

Peeler

Cultivators are improved harrows. They are something between harrows and cutters. Typically, the soil is treated with cultivators after milling the soil, thereby not only breaking up the clods of soil, as during harrowing, but also re-mixing it.

Plow, plowing

The Smorgon plant offers its customers to buy a universal plow. It is an analogue of a cutter and is used for mixing hard soils when the cutter cannot enter the ground. The plow's working width is 25 cm, and the average surface processing speed is 5 km/h.

Universal plow

Three-body plow L-108

Double-furrow plow PLN 2-30

As a rule, this plow is not in great demand. Due to the fact that he can only make 1 trench in one run. Double-circuit and triple-circuit plows are most popular with MTZ mini tractors. The power of the Belarusians allows the use of this type of plow without problems. As a rule, double-circuit plows have a reversible share.

And here is a video review of how plowing occurs:

During plowing, it is necessary to correctly set the depth of the plow so that it is at a level of up to 18 cm. Also, before starting field work, you must make sure that the double-circuit plow is securely attached to the mini tractor. If the connections are loose, there is a high probability of equipment failure.

Mowers and rakes

The manufacturer offers its customers the KTM-2 rotary mower. It is used for mowing and chopping weeds, rough-stemmed plants and small shrubs. The mower is used in gardening, plant growing, for maintaining roadside areas, railway tracks and park areas.

The operating speed of the MTZ mini tractor together with a rotary mower is about 8 km/h.

If you need to prepare hay for the winter, then after cutting the grass it must be collected. To do this, it is convenient to use balers or just rakes. This attachment is a regular rake with a large grip (about two meters).

Potato digger and planter

Potato planters are used by rural residents to plant potato tubers in the ground. This is especially true when it is necessary to carry out work over large areas. MTZ mini tractors together with a potato planter can plant about 7 hectares. for one hour of work.

Potato planter KST-1T

Potato digger KKM-1

Once the crop is ripe, it must be harvested. You can use a potato digger for this. She digs up a layer of earth at a depth of about 20 cm, then crushes the soil on a screen and leaves the tubers on the surface.

Snowblowers and shovels

In the winter season, MTZ mini tractors will help in clearing snow cover. To perform this work, there are two options for attachments: snow blowers and a plow blade.

If you have to work with a large area, it is better to use snow blowers. They pick up a layer of snow using an active knife and direct it to the pulley and rotor. From there it is thrown to the side at a distance of about 10 meters. The throw distance and direction can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the chute.

A simpler attachment for clearing snow from an area is a shovel blade. She simply throws the sediment aside. Most often, a shovel blade is used to clear roads of snow.

The working width of the blade blade from the Smorgon plant is 120 cm.

Additional attachments

Trailers are used to transport goods over a distance. The P05.02 trailer is equipped with an articulated towing device. It is also equipped with folding sides (which makes loading and unloading easier), spring suspension with a hydraulic shock absorber and a reinforced frame.

Thanks to the trailer, you can use the MTZ minitractor as a home loader.

Utility brushes are used to remove dirt, debris and leaves from the area. Its working width is 95 cm.

Universal hiller OU-00.000

You can use a hiller together with the MTZ mini tractor. It is a double-circuit plow. During operation, it is necessary to correctly set the distance between the plowshares so as not to damage the planted crops.

Owner reviews

  • I really liked the model. It is used in the garden, but sometimes goes to a small field. The tractor works well with a plow, but if the soil is hard, there are some difficulties, since the tractor tends to slip. Maintenance is really not expensive. Spare parts are quite easy to find at a very reasonable price.
  • After several seasons, problems appeared with the rear PTO. A grinding noise appeared, and the shaft itself stopped rotating. Although a tractor was used with a regular potato planter and did not experience heavy loads. Perhaps the PTO itself has simply exhausted its service life. Otherwise, I really liked the Belarus-132N.
