Despite its enormous capabilities, MKSM-800 has small dimensions, which allows the loader to be moved from site to site on a truck and ensures uninterrupted operation in narrow aisles of warehouses. The loader can enter the room through a gate measuring 2.1 meters in height and 1.8 meters, and a volumetric hydraulic drive, which makes it possible to steplessly change the rotation speed of the right and left gearboxes independently of each other, can deploy the MKSM-800 on the spot, which makes it an excellent assistant for working in a warehouse.
The designers did everything for driver comfort. So in the loader cabin there are two hangers for outerwear, a box with the necessary tools, and the presence of windows, heating and thermal insulation will maintain a favorable temperature regime in any weather. All main components of MKSM-800 are located in easily accessible places. For example, if it is necessary to perform maintenance or inspect the engine, it is enough to just open the rear hood, and for the same actions with the hydraulic system, it is enough to just raise and fix the cab.
Depending on the model, the loader is equipped with different engines. If this is a CUMMINS A2300 motor, made in the USA, then it gets the “K” model name and is called MKSM-800K. And when the German HATZ 3M41 engine is installed, then MKSM-800N. MKSM-800 is a four-wheeled loader that uses tires measuring 10.0/75-15.3 to move it. They allow the equipment to successfully work on soils with low bearing capacity, the optimal operating pressure is 240 kPa. The equipment can be equipped with wheels with discs measuring 9...15.3, and it is also possible to install tracks for working on clay and swampy soils. The loader and its attachments are controlled using joysticks from the driver's seat.

MKSM-800 is equipped with hydraulic systems produced at enterprises located in Kovrov, Pargolovo or Salavat. Their only difference is the method of removal of wear products.

For example, by simply opening the rear hood you can gain access to the engine and its components, and to access the hydraulic system you just need to tilt and lock the cab. Also, for servicing the hydraulic system, the car has a removable hatch at the bottom.
But still, the main feature of the MKSM, which distinguishes it from other technical means, is the versatility of this machine, which is achieved by using seventeen types of quick-change attachments that are used in a wide range of jobs. Moreover, the MKSM operator himself can change the attachments without outside help in just a few minutes.
In this case, the hydraulic systems of the machine and attachments are connected through a quick-release coupling without draining the working fluid from the hydraulic system and, therefore, without getting dust, dirt and abrasive into it.
