Used to crush blocks left after milling the soil.

This is one of the variants of milling cutters, only instead of knives they have metal plates with notches that not only lift the lower layer of earth, but also immediately crush it.

  • Cultivators

This hitch is used to mark the position of beds before planting crops.

If it is necessary to turn over the top layer of virgin or rocky lands, you cannot do without a plow. To increase the coverage area, several plows can be used simultaneously.

  • Trailers

This attachment is used when it is necessary to transport any cargo over a distance. You need to choose a trailer based on the cargo being transported; if it is pipes, then it is better to use a long cart with 4 wheels; if it is hay, then a dump trailer is better suited.

Rotary mowers are used when harvesting hay for the winter in rural areas and when maintaining park areas by utility companies.

After mowing the weeds, you can connect the rake to the Stavropolets mini tractor to collect them.

  • Potato digger and potato planter

If it is necessary to automate work with potatoes, a potato digger (for digging) and a potato planter (for sowing) are connected to the minitractor.

User manual

First launch and run-in

At the first start, you should add engine oil and diesel, and then proceed to break-in. This procedure involves using the Stavropolets mini tractor at a third of its maximum power. This is necessary for high-quality lubrication of all engine components. Run-in should last about 10 hours. Then the oil should be changed.

Conservation

Every owner of a Stavrapolets mini tractor should know how to preserve it:

  • Place in a covered room (garage);
  • Drain engine oil and fuel;
  • Clean from dust and dirt;
  • Remove the battery and spark plugs.

Service

To lubricate the mini tractor engine, oils with the SAE 10W-40 classification should be used. The lubricant should be replaced every 250 operating hours.

For transmission, it is best to use 85W-90 GL-5 oil. This unit should be replaced after 500 hours of operation.

Fuel requirements

Most models of the Stavropolets mini tractor are diesel and for their reliable operation you should fill in clean and fresh diesel, which should not contain abrasive particles, dirt or sediment.

Basic faults and repairs

If the mini tractor does not start, then the following faults can be solved independently:

  1. Check the availability and quality of gasoline;
  2. Make sure the fuel system is in working order;
  3. Check the condition of the spark plugs, the connection of the electrodes to them and the entire starting system;
  4. Adjust the proportion of the fuel mixture in the carburetor;

If there is significant vibration from the mini tractor:

  1. Low quality diesel;
  2. Lubricant that does not comply with the classification;
  3. Loose bolts;
  4. Incorrect aggregation of attachments;
  5. Malfunctions of the carburetor;
  6. Worn drive belts;
  7. The contacts are coming off the spark plug.

Features of use

Before use, it is necessary to carry out a run-in, which will allow all elements of the motor to break in. After 50 hours of operation, the used oil must be drained and replaced with new oil.

Stavropolets 160

Manufacturers recommend using mineral or semi-synthetic oil intended for diesel engines for the engine. It should be drained after 50 hours of operation and refilled with a new one. This procedure is included in the running-in of the mini tractor. The next replacement is made after 100 and 200 hours. operation.

When running-in, you need to use the unit for the first 50 hours without load, and after this period you can attach attachments. It is advisable to run in the power take-off shaft at low speeds with periodic alternation to medium and high speeds.

Stick to a maintenance schedule to keep your tractor running for a long period of time.

When carrying out regular maintenance it is necessary:

  1. Check the presence of oil in the tank and add if necessary.
  2. Remove any dirt from sticking to it.
  3. Make sure there are no leaks.
  4. Inspect the wheels and check the tire pressure.
  5. Tighten all fasteners and check the reliability of the connections.

Owner reviews

Below are some reviews about this technique:

Alexei:

“I got really good at using the walk-behind tractor; although the area is not large, it is physically exhausting. We needed an inexpensive assistant on 4 wheels. And Stavropolets 130 seemed to me the ideal option in terms of price and performance properties. Now I do all my work sitting. Initially I didn’t notice (because I was happy), but now the shaking is making itself felt. It’s easy to maintain, change the oil on time and lubricate the gears.”

Michael:

“A reliable hard worker for every day. If you do not have a large plot, then there is no point in buying a full-fledged tractor, and a walk-behind tractor will not always help. Stavropolets 160 in this regard is the golden mean. No additional weight is needed during plowing. The technical characteristics are excellent, it produces its power, and the load capacity is decent. The motor runs quietly.

Pros: Excellent cross-country ability and operating area.

Cons: There is no cabin, it shakes a lot when driving fast.”

Characteristics and model range of mini-tractors "Stavropolets"

Automation significantly eases the hard work of farmers and allows them to increase yields. And if a cultivator or walk-behind tractor is quite enough for a small plot, then it will be useful for owners of farms and large summer cottages to consider the main characteristics and model range of Stavropolets mini-tractors.

Price of the Fighter T-15 mini station wagon, new and used

In different regions, the price range varies at 48-50 thousand UAH ($1800). This cost makes the machine affordable for private and small farms operating in the crop production and meat and dairy sectors.

On the used tractor equipment market there are offers for the sale of used category machines. The price of mini tractors is determined taking into account their technical condition, remaining service life and basic equipment. Peculiarities

Products of the Stavropolets trademark are manufactured in Russia from parts and assemblies imported from China. Due to the fact that most of the components are produced in China, the equipment in question has a relatively low price with fairly high quality and reliability indicators. The operation of these mini-tractors is also cheaper than their competitors; in particular, they consume noticeably less fuel. Most models have an ergonomic design.

A noticeable advantage of the product is that at the design stage it adapts to the climatic conditions characteristic of Russia and other CIS countries. All tractors are equipped with an electric starter.

Models

The following mini-tractors are the most popular on the Russian market.

  • “Stavropolets-130” is a simple budget model designed for relatively small areas (up to 5 hectares). It is equipped with a 13-horsepower diesel engine and a four-speed gearbox.

Fighter T-15

For timely maintenance of crop areas up to 3 hectares, a more productive 15-horsepower mini-station wagon Fighter T-15 is recommended. The more powerful machine differs from the previous model by a more advanced hydraulic system with a “floating” mode, which allows mounted units to copy the terrain of the site during operation.

Tractor design features:

  • multi-belt V-belt drive of power transmission;
  • the ability to adjust the track of the driving wheels;
  • engine crankcase modified for simplified maintenance;
  • The power reserve of the electric generator is sufficient for full operation of all consumers and charging the on-board battery.

The T-15 model fighter copes with plowing soil to a depth of up to 200 mm and drives a rototiller with a working width of 120 cm, which is included in the list of factory equipment. The machine costs 54-55 thousand hryvnia ($2000 - $2100) and is easily aggregated with the attachments of heavy walk-behind tractors.

Tractor Fighter T15 NEW is a modernized version of the previous model. During the refinement process, measures were implemented to improve reliability and extend the life of the transmission and chassis.

Tips for use

Before using any motor equipment for the first time, it is necessary to run it in. It is performed at a reduced speed and in gentle modes for at least 10 hours. Upon completion of the break-in, it is necessary to replace the oil poured into the unit. During further operation, the engine oil must be changed after every 250 hours of operation. The material used must comply with SAE 10W-40 standard. It is recommended to change the lubricant in the transmission every 500 hours of use of the equipment. The manufacturer recommends using the 85W-90 GL-5 brand for this.

In addition to changing the oil, regular maintenance should include:

  • cleaning from contamination upon completion of work;
  • checking the air pressure in the tires.

The key to the safety of equipment during the winter period will be its proper conservation. To do this, you need to put the tractor in a covered room, drain the fuel and oil from it, thoroughly clean it of moisture and any dirt, and remove the spark plugs and battery from it.

In case of possible malfunctions, first of all you need to check:

  • the quality of the fuel used and the oil level in the engine and transmission;
  • no noticeable damage to the fuel system;
  • condition of spark plugs and ignition system wires;
  • condition of the fasteners (whether the bolts are loose);
  • no breaks in belts transmitting torque;
  • correct carburetor adjustment.

Separately, it is worth considering the features of choosing a blade-shovel. Currently, the following classes of this equipment are presented on the Russian market:

  • Chinese-made dumps - they are characterized by a low price and many disadvantages, such as small width, lack or weakness of protection against hitting obstacles, poor quality of the applied coating;
  • shovels made in the USA (in particular, Warn) - at a high price, they are distinguished by excellent quality, large width, powerful knives and a convenient quick fastening system;
  • Russian Atvstar products are similar to American ones at a lower cost.

When choosing this element, pay attention to its type. According to the method of fastening, dumps are divided into the following types.

  • Rear-mounted ones are cheap and simple options that can be used for removing snow and debris and loosening the soil. Their main drawback is that you can only work with them in reverse.
  • Front-mounted , which are usually equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and are noticeably more powerful.

Before purchasing any attachment, be sure to check with the seller whether its attachment system is suitable for your existing tractor.

Reviews about Uralets-220

This page contains a list of the latest (new) reviews from owners of the Uralets-220, as well as the opinions and comments of visitors who are not indifferent to this equipment.

I spent a long time studying the forums, but in the end I chose the Uralts-220. I skated on it for almost 30 hours. Now I decided to share my impressions.

What I liked: • Low diesel consumption. Over the entire period I burned a little more than 27 liters. In my opinion, this is a good result for a tractor. • Relatively small in size. My garden is small (12 acres), which is why it would be cramped for a larger car. • Good maneuverability. I got into serious mud, but there was never a time when I couldn’t get out of it. I don't use differential lock. • Wheeled weights available. Yes, they are small (only 15 kg), but they can be made heavier.

What I didn’t like: • Oil was leaking from under the sensor thread. I called the service, they promised to come by, but they never did. I unscrewed the sensor and wrapped it with FUM tape. It helped. • Box. I don’t know about anyone, but I miss seventh gear. And the lever from the factory was too short. I had to increase it by 5 cm. • A rubbing sound appeared in the differential. I can’t say exactly what the reason is. Probably ate the copper washers. I'll start renovating it closer to spring. • Seat. It is comfortable and fits my height well, but it has a “liquid” design. It feels like it's going to fall apart soon.

I have been the owner of Uralts-220 for a year and a half now. I took it along with the attachments. In general, the tractor is normal, but breakdowns do occur, and the build quality, as they say, is “lame on both legs.”

Hello, owners of Chinese tractors. So this idea came to mind. Combine all statements about this technique into one topic. There are quite a few Chinese owners, but they are all scattered across different forum threads, and you have to spend a lot of time to find out information about it. I think this topic will help future buyers in making a purchasing decision. We just kindly ask you not to get into arguments or arguments. Give objective information about when and where you bought it, what you encountered during the period of operation, what you modified or are still planning, your personal opinion about your tractor, etc. I think you will understand my request. Thanks in advance everyone.

I took my report from Mastercity. Tractor Xingtai 120, with a 16 hp engine, i.e. Xingtai 160 I'm telling you. I took the tractor from my hands, I seem to be the 3rd owner. Year of manufacture: 1991 or 1992. The operating time is low, judging by the tires and general condition of the tractor. The tractor was not working - the crankshaft was removed, all the guts from the engine were in bulk. I took it blind, it was only possible to check the appearance. The reason for the repair was that it turned over, it seemed that the liners were pulled up.

I bought a new engine, installed it, adjusted the clutch and put it to work. Moreover, I still didn’t have enough average traction, so I bought it. I use the tractor for transport work with a homemade cart.

And in the plowing. For 24 thousand rubles in September 2007 I took: a tractor, a plow and a flat cutter. Impressions: Only the most positive. The design is simple. Among the disadvantages, the pump drive is made from the gearbox and when the clutch is disengaged, the pump does not work. The location of the distributor and its design are not very good. But at the same time, the hydraulic hoses do not stick out..

I now have a 16-horsepower engine, a thermosiphon (sort of) cooling system (no pump). There is a decompressor. The generator is built into the flywheel. In winter it starts normally, there is an enrichment button. I keep the battery in the house. The oil was filled with synthetic. 3-speed gearbox with 2-stage shifter. Those. First we turn on the direct or low gear, then the gearbox speed. During transport work, 1.2 starts moving, 3rd is in motion. The box is most likely not synchronized (haven't climbed it yet). I pull a cart completely loaded with crushed stone to the 2nd, there are no smooth roads. At 3rd speed, according to the passport, 23 km/h, but it feels even more. I plow first, because... The plow is not a very successful design - it has a slightly larger grip than necessary. I will redo it. I haven’t used the flat cutter yet, but some of the parts from it were used for the tillage plant. I can’t say the consumption, but it’s natural: More on plowing, less on other jobs. An 11-liter tank lasts me a month for 2 transport jobs. Breakdowns: 1. Remade the steering tie rod. The backlash exceeds all reasonable limits. Everything was taken from the classics - steering tips, adjusting sleeve, and seats from the steering knuckles. We simply welded it to the existing bipod on the tractor. There will be a photo. 2. The coolant drain valve is leaking. was purchased from Volga. 3. There was a scratch on the upper rubber pipe (somewhere during transportation, most likely). Broke through. For now it's wrapped in duct tape. 4. I can’t remove the brake drum. While I'm driving I'm braking on the right. What I remembered, I wrote. ask, it’s easier to write this way. The following manipulations were performed with the syntai: An ammeter was installed to replace the original one, but not the working one. The Soviet “current indicator for MTZ, VTZ tractors” came up, as it was written on the price tag. The asking price is 210 rubles. A platform for the tool box is welded.
