KS-45719-1 “Galician”
The KS-45719-1 “Galichanin” truck crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 20 tons is installed on a KamAZ-53215 truck chassis with a 6x4 wheel arrangement. Its easy-to-operate and reliable configuration has made this model of truck crane in demand for a wide range of construction, installation and loading operations.
The KS-45719-1 truck crane is equipped with retractable hydraulic outriggers. The maximum size of the support contour with full extension of the legs is 5.25 x 5.8 m. This contour is achieved through the use of an outrigger design with folding support beams. With this design, the crane is able to carry out work with loads in a 360-degree circular zone and, as a result, the number of rearrangements of the KS-45719-1 truck crane when working on site is reduced.

The chassis of the KS-45719-3A truck crane is equipped with a YaMZ-236NE2 turbocharged diesel engine that meets the Euro-2 eco-standard. The engine has 6 cylinders in a V-shaped arrangement. The performance of the power unit is 230 hp, and this is enough to accelerate the truck crane to 72 km/h.
KS-45719-5A "Klintsy"
The KS-45719-5A “Klintsy” truck crane is a crane installation mounted on a MAZ-5337 truck chassis. This chassis option is one of the most popular for installing a truck crane. The MAZ-5337 is distinguished by decent power due to a 180-horsepower naturally-aspirated diesel engine and compact dimensions - the wheel arrangement of the tractor is 4x2, and the chassis length is only 6.83 m. KS-45719-8A "Klintsy"

Characteristics of components and mechanisms of the KS-4571 truck crane

The KC-4571 truck crane with a lifting capacity of 16 tons is designed for loading and unloading, construction and installation work at dispersed sites. It is mounted on the chassis of a KrAZ-257K vehicle and has an individual hydraulic drive mechanism.
The fixed part of the crane, mounted on the chassis of the base vehicle, contains: a hydraulic pump drive, a lower frame of the crane with hydraulically driven outriggers, a spring locking mechanism, an inclinometer, an oil tank, a central manifold and pneumatic equipment. The rotating part of the KS-4571 crane is installed on a roller slewing bearing. It is equipped with mechanisms for lifting loads and turning, and on the racks there is a telescopic three-section beam boom, on which a jib 6 m long can be attached. The length of the boom can vary from 9.75 to 21.75 m. The crane mechanisms are driven from the vehicle engine through gearbox, transfer case and power take-off.
From the power take-off, rotation is transmitted through the cardan shaft to the pump drive gearbox, from which the working fluid under pressure is supplied to the crane mechanisms. The drive ensures the combination of the following operations: lifting (lowering) the load with rotating the platform; extension (retraction) of boom sections with raising or lowering of the boom; extension (retraction) of boom sections with rotation of the platform. The KS-4571 truck crane is equipped with safety devices: OGB-3 load limiter, boom outreach and load capacity indicator, UNSh-1 inclinometer, ASON-1 device for warning, alarm when working near high-voltage power lines, emergency engine stop handle, signaling devices. The crane can move with a load on a hook weighing 6 tons with a boom length of 9.75 m with an outreach of 3 m and the boom position “backwards”. Hydraulic outriggers install within 2 minutes with ground control and no manual operations. Support frame of the KS-4571 truck crane The support frame is installed on the chassis of the base vehicle (chassis side members) and transfers the loads acting on the crane to it. The support frame houses the slewing ring, outriggers and suspension switches or stabilizers. The longitudinal beams of the support frame (Fig. 1) have a rectangular cross-section and are connected to each other by transverse beams. The beams are made of sheet or shaped steel.
A support ring is welded to the longitudinal and transverse beams, onto which the crane's slewing ring is bolted. The ring rests on struts welded to the sides of the beams, which provide it with the rigidity necessary for normal operation of the slewing bearing. In the necessary places, brackets are welded to the frame, to which the crane equipment is attached: stabilizers, spare wheel bracket, etc. Front and rear beams are welded at the ends of the frame, on which outriggers are installed. Adjust the brake (reverse controlled) valve of the boom section extension mechanism KS-4571 as follows: - raise the fully retracted boom to the upper position, extend the boom 0.6..0.8 m with the largest load with which the boom is allowed to extend (4 T). — By screwing in (unscrewing) the adjusting screw, achieve a smooth (without jerking) retraction of the boom sections; — after completing the adjustment, lock the screw with a nut. Adjust the brake (reverse controlled) valve of the boom lifting mechanism of the KS-4571 truck crane as follows: - raise the boom with a load on the hook (the size of the load must correspond to the load characteristics) and, by screwing in (unscrewing) the adjusting screw, achieve a smooth (without jerking) lowering of the boom . — after completing the adjustment, lock the screw with a nut. Adjust the brake (reverse controlled) valve of the cargo winch of the KS-4571 crane as follows: - lift the load with a winch (the size of the load must correspond to the load characteristics) and, by screwing in (unscrewing) the adjusting screw, achieve a smooth (without jerking) rotation of the winch drum when lowering the load with the winch . — after completing the adjustment, lock the screw with a nut.
