Technical characteristics of the SDLG LG936 front loader


The Chinese manufacturer SDLG (LINGONG) is known to almost everyone in the markets of various special machines due to its highly reliable and high-quality products. This is explained by the fact that the machines were initially intended for delivery to European countries, but later the popularity of this technology was acquired not only in Europe, but also throughout the world. And therefore, in order for the manufacturer to maintain a leading position in the markets, the company produces special equipment that satisfies consumers in all respects. Namely, this is high reliability, excellent maneuverability, fairly high productivity and, which is also important, ease of use.

One of these machines is the SDLG 936 front loader. It is equipped with one of two engines, namely the TD226B (manufactured by DEUTZ) or the WP6G125E22 (manufactured by Weichai). Both engines are designed for a maximum power of 92 kilowatts or 125 horsepower. It is worth noting that the second unit is often installed in most Chinese special machines, since it is economical, easy to maintain and has a fairly long service life. The hydraulic system uses parts and mechanisms from another of the most popular equipment produced by the manufacturer Kawasaki.

The purpose of this loader is quite broad, namely, it is popular in the construction of any objects (including road construction), in various industries, in large and small enterprises, in rural and forestry, in mining, and in some public utilities. Let's move on to consider each area of ​​work:

  • Industry. Here the SDLG 936 is also used for working with bulk cargo (moving and loading), but with special equipment, the loader can also cope with loading pallet cargo. He also does all this at enterprises.
  • Rural farms. The main purpose in this area is the collection of dry agricultural vegetation such as hay, silage and others. In addition, it can also perform earth-moving work using a standard bucket in the process.
  • Forestry. A loader is used to carry out loading and transportation of cut timber (logs).
  • Mining production. In this area, the machine is designed to carry out loading operations of bulk, lump or crushed rocks and other minerals. Also in some cases it can lift loads.
  • Utilities. Here, the SDLG 936 front loader is designed to clear road sections, streets and some areas from snow retention and various contaminants.

There are only two versions of this bucket, differing only in their volume: the volume of the first is 1800 cubic millimeters, while the volume of the second is 1900 cubic millimeters. The volume of this equipment, unlike the previous bucket, has been reduced to 1700 cubic millimeters, however, this does not affect the operation in any way. It is worth noting that almost every front-end loader is produced in only one model - the basic one. The same applies to the SDLG 936. This machine does not have versions with significant modifications, and throughout its production the front loader underwent some changes, namely, it was equipped with additional equipment, some of which are only available optionally. The shortcomings, weak points of the design and the requirements of average consumers were also taken into account. As a result, samples that have recently rolled off the assembly line have a slightly increased service life, operating comfort, and reliability.

This gearbox is a proprietary development of SDLG (LINGONG). The maximum speed that the loader can reach is 38 kilometers per hour. The fuel tank holds 140 liters of diesel fuel.

Peculiarities

The cabin of the SDLG 936 front loader was specially designed for operation in various weather conditions, since it has an air conditioner with the ability to heat the air entering the cabin to a certain temperature; heater; pre-heating of the engine, allowing easy starting of the unit at fairly low temperatures; an air filtration system that prevents dust from entering the cabin during active work. In addition, the cabin uses special noise-absorbing and heat-insulating materials, which also allow you to do work in comfortable conditions. Optionally, a radio tape recorder can be included in the package. A fairly large glass area provides wide all-round visibility.

The hydraulic system can withstand a weight of up to 3000 kilograms, which is enough for full-fledged work in all areas. Changing working equipment occurs in a fairly short time, since the mechanisms responsible for this action were precisely thought out by the manufacturer. All hoses of the hydraulic system are sealed and are capable of not leaking hydraulic fluid over a long period of operation. The attachment control is one ergonomic joystick, conveniently located for the operator.

Device

The LGI 936 loader is made of two frames - front and rear, connected in an articulated manner. All elements are produced using a robotic welding process. The load is distributed throughout the structure to ensure the loader has maximum stability and load capacity. The designer installed an LG-50 planetary transmission. The transmission has a twin-turbine torque converter, gears shift under load. The loads were divided across the axles of the unit as optimally as possible; the lg936l axles are completely similar to the axles installed on loaders with a load capacity of 5 tons. The maximum number of crankshaft rotations is 2200 rpm. The maximum torque reaches 436 Nm. Each cylinder has a diameter of 108 millimeters. The piston stroke is 125 millimeters. The cooling system is liquid with forced circulation.

Chassis

The LG936L loader frame consists of two sections that are connected to each other by means of a hinge. The car itself is characterized by a 4x4 wheel arrangement. Due to the articulated connection of the frame elements, the rotation is carried out with a smaller radius, which allows the equipment to work effectively in small areas. The front wheels experience greater loads, so the SDLG LG 936L single-bucket front loader has increased stability even at maximum load.

The smooth ride is due to the installation of a new type of transmission. The load from the working body is rationally transferred to both axles, which in this case are similar to those installed on equipment with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. Thus, a reserve of power and strength is achieved.

Also, reliability is positively influenced by tubeless wheels, the internal pressure of which is 4.5 bar. The maximum weight that the wheels can handle is 7 tons. The loader is equipped with diagonal tires ranging in size from 17.5" to 25".

The braking system includes dry disc brakes and a single circuit pneumatic drive. The latter is designed for all four wheels. A parking brake is also installed, controlled by a cable.
