Application area
Model 30TK is a universal wheeled row cropping machine with a traction class of 0.6. Essentially, this is a mini-tractor designed for work on small farms. The processing area is 5 hectares. Here he is in his element, quickly coping with basic agricultural activities:
- sowing of grain and vegetable crops;
- soil treatment: plowing, cultivation, harrowing;
- application of organic and mineral fertilizers;
- making silage for animal feed;
- transport work.
The machine performs all of the above work together with mounted or trailed field implements. In addition to the agricultural sector, “30TK” is in demand in the public utilities sector. Here the station wagon is used for clearing the area of debris or snow, transporting bulky cargo or bulk materials.
The compact device is also used in limited and cramped spaces in urban areas.
Possible modifications
Based on the basic version of AGROMASH 30TK, several versions have been developed intended for use in narrowly targeted areas. Tractor modifications:
- 121 D - model with rear-wheel drive only;
- 122 D - all-wheel drive with increased ground clearance and rear linkage load capacity;
- “Vladimirets” is a lightweight and simplified basic model with a 4x2 wheel arrangement;
- “Cabriolet” is a version of the tractor without a cabin with an open workplace;
- “Convertible METHANE” - the design of the device is identical to the one above, but it is equipped with a motor running on gaseous fuel.

Design description, technical data
The frame of the machine consists of clutch housings, gearboxes, and final drives. The front axle and engine rest on a steel half-frame. The station wagon received a spacious fuel tank made of plastic. When deformed, the material does not crack, but dents.
Additional Information! For gentle movement between rows, the design of the device provides for adjusting the track width of the front and rear wheels. The distance between them is adjusted in steps of 100 mm.

Engine
The tractor is driven by a diesel engine of its own production. This is a two-cylinder air-cooled unit. The engine is almost completely unified with the model of the previous design produced by VMTZ, but has more advanced parameters of performance, reliability and environmental friendliness. Diesel characteristics:

- mixture formation method - direct injection;
- maximum torque - 115 Nm;
- average fuel consumption - 245 g/kW hour (180 g/hp hour);

Transmission, chassis
Rotation from the engine to the gearbox is transmitted by a dry single-plate clutch of a permanently closed type. To activate it, a mechanical drive from a foot pedal is provided. The reversible gearbox produces 6 speeds for moving forward and the same in the opposite direction.
Additionally, there are 2 reduction gears that are used to slow down the movement to 1.6 km/h.
The chassis is equipped with pneumatic wheels measuring 210-508/8.3/8-20 on the front axle and 12.4 R28 on the rear.
- The steering is of a hydrostatic type, with the intake of working fluid from the main hydraulic system.
- Only the front wheels are swivel.
- The hydraulic system of a separate unit type is fed by a gear pump with a capacity of 29.4 l/min. The maximum pressure in the line is 17.5 MPa.
The tractor has dry disc brakes. They have separate drives for the right and left sides. Braking on only one side makes it easier to maneuver in confined areas, reducing the turning radius. The parking brake is combined with the main system. It is activated by locking the pedals in the depressed position.
Cabin
The base model is equipped with a two-door frame cab that protects the operator from precipitation and cold. An autonomous heater is provided to heat the workplace. The salon is equipped with a productive ventilation system with air intake from the street and internal lighting. For operator convenience, a clothes hanger and a thermos stand are provided inside.
Additional Information! The small air-cooled engine could not fully heat the operator’s workplace. The developers equipped the cabin with a heater with an electric heating element operating like a “heat gun”.

The motivation to buy a station wagon is the well-deserved reputation of its predecessor - the T-25 tractor, the reliability of which has been confirmed by time. The positive aspects of the model include the following nuances:
- economical consumption of fuels and lubricants;
- possibility of aggregation with field guns for various purposes;
- stability on inclined surfaces;
- the angles of ascent and descent are 20°;
- interchangeability with other devices of a similar power class.
Among the disadvantages, equipment users note the high price and lack of liquid cooling of the engine. In addition, the presence of only one PTO rotation speed does not allow the full use of high-speed mounted implements.
