I purchased a Veima WM1100A walk-behind tractor in 2013. The model is quite light for its class. I intended to use the equipment for a large plot of 70 acres, which had remained abandoned for a long time. I had no experience using walk-behind tractors before, so I chose the model based on reviews on the Internet and the available budget. After a week of searching, I bought a Weima WM1100A device with a 6-horsepower motor, complete with cutters. The special equipment did a relatively good job with the processing, but due to the lack of guide wheels on the rototillers, it was quite difficult to control it. The small weight of the device also interfered with normal processing. As a result, I went through each section twice. At first I simply broke up the soil, and then further crushed it. The model had few disadvantages. The build quality was not very satisfying (various deficiencies were constantly discovered) and almost immediately the edging rubber band in the gear shift area deteriorated (I had to replace it).
I used the Veima WM 1100BE walk-behind tractor for one season (a relative went on a long business trip and gave away the equipment). When assembled, the unit is quite wide and requires considerable force to turn. I cultivated a plot of 10 acres on Veima WM 1100BE. After using it, I was left with very mixed impressions; I’m unlikely to buy this walk-behind tractor for myself.
As I grew older, I began to want to mechanize some work on the site, so I decided to purchase a walk-behind tractor. I chose Weima WM900M on the recommendation of a neighbor. The model is quite large in size, but very productive. The special equipment does not eat oil, and its body is made very well. Over 3 seasons of work, I never had to tighten anything extra. Veima WM1050 was used to save time. I bought a walk-behind tractor on sale for not a lot of money (this is what the choice was based on). Initially I thought that this model would be enough for 1-2 seasons, but the special equipment turned out to be of high quality. Despite the Chinese assembly, Veima WM1050 worked very confidently. I processed 40 acres of my garden using a walk-behind tractor quite quickly compared to a shovel and rake. Fuel consumption was moderate (no more than 1.7 liters per hour).
