Uralets T 02

The Uralets minitractor is very popular, the technical characteristics of which allow it to be classified as traction class 0.2. The manufacturer offers two modifications of this model - on a wheeled and tracked base. Both machines are designed to perform agricultural work and can be easily equipped with any attachments intended for other purposes: loading and unloading, snow removal, sweeping, earthmoving.

The power take-off shaft is installed at the rear of the tractor. The design of this unit is such that it allows the machine to be used as a power source for various devices, such as a welder, pump or pump.

Models of the T 02 series are equipped with engines with a power of 12 or 14.7 hp. Features of operation

Due to the lack of a cabin, the Uralets is used mainly in temperate climates; if there is a cabin, it is used in a wide temperature range from +45°C to -60°C.

All elements of components and parts have a large margin of safety, which ensures reliable, stable operation.

Installing electric spark plugs on engines ensures quick starting at low temperatures.

The power take-off shaft is reinforced; the 6 splines on it make it possible to easily assemble “non-native” mounted implements.

For the safety of the driver and to protect the minitractor when it rolls over, special safety bars are installed.

Uralets mini tractors are not demanding on the quality of fuel and engine oil. However, to avoid breakdowns, the oil should be changed after 50 operating hours; 10w40 diesel oil is recommended.

1. It is necessary to systematically monitor the oil level in the engine crankcase and gearbox using a dipstick.
2. The battery is checked by a tester, the charge is adjusted to 12.7-12.9 V, the green indication indicates normal charging.
3. Before the first start-up, you should fill the cleaning air filter with oil, since during factory assembly it is not filled due to the possibility of spillage during transportation.
4. Without waiting for preventive inspections, it is advisable to fill all grease nipples in a new mini tractor with Litol-24 petroleum oil.

Designed for the mechanization of agricultural work in small areas, in gardens, vegetable gardens for individual and collective use, for the preparation of feed. The tractor has a hitch with a hitch and a towing device and can be mounted with mounted agricultural implements and a semi-trailer.

During development, the greatest attention was paid to the engine and transmission. As a result, a high level of reliability of these units has been achieved. The tractor is available in two main modifications: for agricultural and municipal work.

The presence of an independent power take-off shaft (PTO), located in the rear part, allows the tractor to be used as a power plant for driving mechanisms and units, for example: welding, pumping and injection water pumps, etc.

Unique chassis design. A special feature of the design is the use of a wheel-caterpillar propulsion system. Includes easily removable tracks. This allows, after dismantling them, to effectively carry out transport work that requires high speed movement on wheels. For more efficient use of tractors, stepwise adjustment of the track is provided by extending the outer ends of the front axle and rearranging the hubs of the rear wheels, as well as converting the wheel drive to a track drive. For the caterpillar propulsion, a larger track is used. The front axle is a swinging tubular telescopic axle mounted on the front of the semi-frame with a device for tensioning the tracks. The use of tracked tractors provides high traction and traction properties and reduces, by more than half, the level of impact of the tractor on the soil.

Transmission. Mechanical with torque division into onboard single-stage gearboxes. The gearbox and rotation provide five forward gears and one reverse gear, as well as rotation of the tractor. Band brakes are located in the final drive housings.

The hydraulic system consists of a pump with a drive to turn it on, a distributor with a safety valve, a tank and pipelines. The switchable pump is mounted in the front part of the transmission unit. The pump activation drive consists of a gear coupling, a lever and a locking bar. The hydraulic oil tank is installed on the right side of the transmission unit under the gear shift gate.

Powertrain and chassis

Maneuvering the mini tractor is carried out by turning the front wheels. The manufacturer offers the power drive in two versions: worm gear and hydrostatic control.

Hydraulic suspension system

Dimensions

Given its modest dimensions (LxWxH - 2530x1200x1750), it’s difficult to call the Uralets maneuverable. The manufacturer declared a minimum turning radius of 3.9 m, which is comparable to a full-fledged tractor of traction class 1.4 and higher.

The devices are designed for use in limited areas. “Uralets”-220 can work in gardens, greenhouses and cramped streets when cleaning the area. This was made possible thanks to the low operating weight of 960 kg and a reduced wheelbase of 1440 mm.

First launch, run-in

It is important to properly run in the mini tractor to ensure the grinding in and running-in of the main components and mechanisms.

In accordance with the operating instructions, before starting to operate the mini-equipment, all systems are checked:

1. fuel tank and radiator, refueling if necessary
2. oil level
3. cooling system
4. clutch reliability
5. fastening of all moving parts.

Starting is performed at medium or low speed. To start the Uralets, the key in the ignition switch is turned to o clockwise, after starting it is returned back to o.

If the diesel engine does not start, the key must be returned to the initial position and try again after 30 seconds. After starting the engine, warm it up for 3-4 minutes at medium speed.

The ammeter needle on the “+” sign indicates that the battery is charging. A new battery can be used approximately half an hour after filling the electrolyte.

In the future, when preserving the mini tractor for long-term storage, the battery must be removed and recharged before use.

Then gradually increase the speed and operate at maximum speed for 5 minutes. Check the brakes - press and release the pedal, it should smoothly return to its original position.

They test the performance of the tractor in different gears - approximately 30 minutes in each gear. Turns are performed at medium or low speeds.

The load should be added gradually from light to heavy. After checking the functionality of all functions, the minitractor is ready for intensive use.

The driver needs some time to get used to changing gears. Since the tractor is capable of starting from any gear, it is most correct to change gears when coming to a complete stop!
