ZETOR is a Czech brand of universal tractors, widely used in Europe due to its affordable price, high reliability and developed service infrastructure. The high exchange rate of the dollar and euro limited the distribution of these tractors in Russia until recently, although the demand for this traction class (136 hp) is only growing. Therefore, the logical decision was to organize the assembly production of Zetor Ant 4135F in Russia on the basis of OJSC Kovrov Electromechanical Plant, which is part of the integrated structure of the Rostec State Corporation and JSC NP High-Precision Complexes. It specializes in, among other things, the production of high-precision metalworking machines, skid steer loaders, front loaders, excavators, hydrostatic transmissions and tractors. ZETOR engines are characterized by low fuel consumption (12-13 l/ha), high reliability, simplicity of design, which significantly reduces the cost of ownership. The flawless operation of the engine is ensured by a trouble-free mechanical high-pressure fuel pump, two balance shafts that reduce vibration, a spark plug in each cylinder, cooling of the bottom of the pistons with oil under pressure, and many other technical “tricks” that were developed by Czech designers - a minimum of fragile electronics, a maximum reliability. The gearbox is also of the plant's own production - classic, fully synchronized, complemented by two speed ranges and a three-stage torque booster (24/18), distinguished by reliable gears and bearings with a long service life. There are 7 gear stages, rationally located in the range of 6-12 km/h. The Bosch electro-hydraulic system Hitch Tronic function - automatic adjustment of the rear three-point linkage. When using this system, it is not necessary to configure the types of adjustments and their combination. Only the working depth of processing is set; everything else is adjusted automatically. It is important that the tractor is not only reliable, but also easy to operate, the cabin is so comfortable that not a single tractor driver will refuse to work on it, it is one of the most spacious cabins in its class of equipment. The visibility is excellent, electronic control with position control, and an adjustable steering column are also nice little things. The niche of universal tractors of the 2nd traction class in Russia is a very tasty morsel, which so far only goes to MTZ. It's not that we are against this brand, but the lack of competition often leads to a lack of technical progress and further development. But tractors of this class are the most in demand. This is an all-rounder who can work not only in the field, on the farm and in the machine yard, but can also take part in public works.

So far, after signing an agreement on the joint production of tractors by Zetor Tractors and the Kovrov Electromechanical Plant (KEMZ), the prospects for Ant-Zetor seem very bright, but only time will tell how dreams come true. For the first acquaintance and testing of the Ant-Zetor 4135F, we went to the Rostov region, where this newcomer, not yet very familiar to us, processed winter wheat with a hoe-harrow with a 12-meter working width

The appearance of the Ant-Zetor 4135F is typically European, the dimensions of the tractor correspond to the Czech Forterra: length × width × height – 5100 × 2430 × 2775 mm, wheelbase 2490 mm, the hood is still red, the cabin is spacious, everything is in order with glazing, the exhaust pipe left. For now, these are twin brothers, regardless of their place of origin.

Under the hood of the Ant-Zetor 4135F, the 4-cylinder 16-valve unit Zetor 1605 is in service - the company’s own development with a displacement of 4.2 liters and a power of 100 kW / 135 hp. pp., which meets Stage IIIA toxicity standards. Rated rotation speed - 2200 rpm, maximum torque - 589 Nm, torque reserve - 30%. We must give Zetor its due: after long and grueling tests by the German Agricultural Society DLG, tractors equipped with Zetor engines are recognized as the most economical in the world. regarding fuel and oil consumption.

Ant-Zetor 4135F was equipped with a classic transmission with a manual gearbox, 24 forward gears and 18 reverse gears. The maximum speed is 40 km/h. Switching occurs synchronously. Without pressing the clutch, you can change gears under load. To increase traction properties, the transmission is equipped with a creeper. The torque from the gear shift is transmitted to the front and rear axles.

The transmission is equipped with two PTOs designed to transmit torque to attachments. The independent rear PTO has two rotation speeds, 1000 and 540 rpm, the front one has one, 1000 rpm. Two auxiliary hydraulic shafts ensure uniform load on the tractor. The lifting mechanism proudly squeezes out 7700 daN of lifting capacity, which corresponds to 7.7 tons.

Wheel tractor Zetor Proxima 75

The Zetor Proxima 75 wheeled tractor is designed for use in agriculture. Proxima models can be used with mounted, semi-mounted and trailed agricultural equipment.

Proxima 75 is a model of the middle traction class. The power of the power unit is 56 kW. The machine has small overall dimensions. This allows it to be used in areas with limited space.

The manufacturer installs a comfortable metal cabin on the tractor. The machine is controlled using the steering wheel. To reduce the effort exerted by the operator during operation, the steering is equipped with a hydraulic booster.
