There are two engine options for this model. As standard, the excavator is equipped with a six-cylinder four-stroke Cummins B5.9-C diesel engine with turbocharging and a charge air cooling system. A three-stage engine speed reduction system and a built-in economy mode help save diesel fuel and reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

Based on the exhaust composition, this engine can be classified as meeting Tier-4 Interim standards. The engine cooling system is liquid. This is also a six-cylinder, four-stroke diesel engine with turbocharging and charge air cooling, designed to provide high power, reliability, efficiency and minimal emissions. The surface area of ​​the bearings in this version of the motor is increased for more reliable operation under high loads. Reduced friction in the powertrain cylinders guarantees extended service life and high power output. The design of the cylinder block is reinforced, and the gear housing is also more durable than in the previous generation technology.

The D6BV-C engine achieves Tier 2 emissions standards without electronic control systems. This engine uses a reliable mechanical built-in diesel fuel injection system. The result is a reliable power plant that complies with environmental standards, while being quite simple in design and without technological complexity. The working volume of this diesel engine is 7.545 liters; its rated power is 110 kW / 148 hp. Maximum torque – 58 kgf.m, at 1500 rpm. Cylinder diameter is 118 mm, piston stroke is 115 mm.

Device

The machine consists of a “walker” and a base (slewing ring, undercarriage and turntable). Hydraulic drive units, a cabin and pumps are installed on the base.

High-strength steel is used to produce the supporting structure, which ensures a long period of trouble-free operation. The central cross-shaped part is made in one piece, the additional elements of which are connected by welds. Rectangular sections are provided for reinforcement. It includes track tensioners, idler rollers, tracks with shoes and lubricated moving parts.

Advanced features include restarting flow when the arm is folded and the boom is lowered, innovative hydraulic control valve technology and an advanced automatic boom/swing priority system for optimal performance in any application.

Hydraulic flow can be resumed when the arm is folded and the boom is lowered. Boom and swing priority is maintained in automatic mode. This means constant monitoring and maintaining an optimal balance of hydraulic feed when moving the boom and turning the excavator.
