The hydraulic system ensures the distribution of flow between the actuators, regardless of the loads placed on them. The flow division is carried out in proportion to the operator’s influence on the controls (joysticks). This guarantees high performance of the excavator due to the ability to combine an unlimited number of operations in the work cycle. The speed of movement of all mechanisms does not depend on changing loads on the working body. This allows you to move elements of working equipment along an optimal trajectory with minimal work cycle time.

The Autogas function allows you to save fuel during forced downtime. The engine returns to idle speed after 5 seconds. absence of hydraulic drive load and returns to the previously set speed when resuming operation. The "Increased digging force" function briefly increases the force by 10%. To do this, the active pressure in the hydraulic system increases from 330 to 360 bar.

Pneumatic travel
The box-shaped pneumatic wheel frame is highly durable. It copes well with increased operational loads on torsion and bending. The front part of the frame is made in the form of a flange for the possibility of changing the design of the machine: installing a front support - a blade or a second outrigger beam.
The axles are equipped with maintenance-free hydraulic disc brakes. Self-locking differentials provide increased off-road capability. Operating costs are reduced due to extended oil change intervals (2000 hours) and no need for bearing adjustments.

RM-Terex (TVEX)
CJSC Tverskoy Excavator (since 2012, part of the joint venture LLC RM-Terex) offers a number of models of wheeled excavators. Firstly, these are machines of the generation that were produced even before the start of cooperation with Terex Corp. — EK-14 and EK-18. These simple machines are still in demand among Russian consumers. Optionally, the machines can be equipped with imported components, in particular, Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic equipment.
A mod was released in 2015. WX 200 is a high-performance earthmoving machine designed for the development of pits, trenches in soils of categories I-IV, loading and unloading of bulk materials, loosened rocks and frozen soils (with pieces no more than 200 mm in size). In this machine, insufficiently reliable and productive domestic components are replaced with imported ones: transmission and axles - ZF, hydraulic equipment - Bosch Rexroth. The intelligent control system allows you to choose from 7 operating modes of the excavator. The machine is equipped with a new comfortable cabin with an ergonomic operator’s workstation.
The machine is equipped with an independent liquid engine preheater and remains operational in the ambient temperature range from -40?C to +40?C.
In 2016, the production of multi-purpose earth-moving machines of the TVEX series with a range of operating ambient temperatures from -40? C to +40? C began. The main differences between the machines of the new series: a modern, highly ergonomic cabin with a volume of 2.7 m3 with air conditioning and a filter in the fresh air ventilation system, as well as a number of imported units. Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic equipment set: axial piston hydraulic pump, pneumatic accumulators, control units, steering metering pump, etc. Cooling of the working fluid is carried out by a Bondioli&Pavesi unit (Italy), a filter from the English company Parker. Hydromechanical 2-speed automatic transmission and axles with hydraulic disc brakes are from ZF. The Poclain superstructure's rotation mechanism allows for an unlimited rotation angle. Excavators move at a speed of 25 km/h.

In 2005, Doosan acquired the Daewoo company, so now the entire range of Daewoo equipment is produced under the Doosan brand. Both Doosan -DX and S series of wheeled excavators entered the market quite a long time ago.
Doosan DX Wheeled Excavator Series
designed to perform a wide range of earthmoving and other works: digging quarries, pits, trenches, embankments, loading and unloading bulk materials, reloading loose rocks, frozen soils and other work operations in road, industrial, urban, rural, transport and landscape construction .
The operator's cabin provides comfortable working conditions and excellent all-round visibility; there are air conditioning and heated windows. The display shows information about the machine's condition and fuel consumption. The attachments are controlled by a joystick. The seat can be extended in 2 stages, and the position and angle of the seat cushion can be adjusted. The seat reclines comfortably. A seat heater is available as an option. The wide doorway makes it easy for the operator to enter the cab.
Thanks to the electronic control system, turbocharged engines have good fuel efficiency, in particular due to the function of automatically reducing idle speed after a preset time. Powerful forced-air air purifier removes more than 99% of dirt particles, extending filter replacement intervals. Thanks to the electric clutch, the rotation speed of the cooling fan is adjusted according to demand.
Thanks to the use of a hydraulic transmission, gear shifting is possible even after stopping the machine.
The electronic control of the new Posicon hydraulic system optimizes fuel consumption.
The boom shape is optimized through finite element design and ensures uniform load distribution throughout the structure. Increased strength of the handle is achieved through the use of cast elements and reinforcement around the protrusions. To increase service life and lubrication intervals up to 250 operating hours, the bushings of the boom, arm and bucket hinges are made of highly plasticized metal (cermet). This, combined with increased material thickness, provides increased durability and reliability by limiting component fatigue. The boom hold function prevents the boom from lowering on its own. With boom swing and a tight turning radius, excavators can work in tight spaces. The intensity of swinging of the working equipment during operation is reduced by shifting the center of gravity to the rear of the machine. To improve work productivity, the speed of raising and lowering the blade has been increased. The ground clearance of the vehicles is increased, the axles have large swing angles in the vertical plane, making the vehicle stable when driving on uneven surfaces. Optionally, axles from ZF are available with an increased width of 2.75 m, providing increased stability and lifting capacity of the machine at large boom radii. An overload alarm system is available as an option.
Machines weighing over 14 tons are equipped as standard with the CoreTMS telematics monitoring system, which transmits information to the central office via GPS/GLONASS or GSM.
Doosan S (Solar) Excavator Series
released even earlier than DX. The excavator cabins are equipped with an air-suspended seat and an air conditioning system with five operating modes. A heated seat system is available as an option. The transmission and working equipment are controlled by levers. The levers are equipped with electric buttons to control attachments (grabs, crushers, grippers, etc.).
Electronic control systems for machine components are connected via a CAN bus. The electronic system allows you to choose from two operating modes of the machine (“excavating” and “digging a trench”) and from two engine power modes (“standard” - 85% of power and “reinforced” - 100%). There is a function for automatically reducing engine idle speed and a self-diagnosis function.
Increased engine life with the most powerful, easy-to-maintain air cleaner in its class that removes more than 99% of dust. The highly efficient, high-performance hydraulic return filter, made of polymer fiber, removes 99.5% of foreign particles contained in hydraulic fluid and provides a significant increase in fluid change intervals.
Booms and bushings similar to the components of the DX series are used. The front axle has a large swing angle in the vertical plane and large steering angles. Disc-type service brakes are installed. Oil change intervals in axle housings have been increased to 2000 operating hours.
The outriggers can be mounted front and/or rear and are individually controlled for maximum operating stability. The blade can also be mounted front or rear.
