For better results, the GAZelle body should be repaired. All existing cracks must be welded. Additionally, the structure should be strengthened. It is better not to use scarves, as they will hide part of the width of the floor. Therefore, we use a welding machine to produce an L-shaped profile. We weld it with one part to the floor, and the other to the rack itself. Thus, all loads will be leveled.
The center pillar can also be repaired in the same way. But only if it is non-removable. Otherwise, you can forget about side loading.

- Bridges are being replaced. The owners install axles from UAZ vehicles intended for military use on the model. Military bridge gearboxes differ from civilian ones;
- Various winches are installed. Installation of the winch requires a reinforced front bumper design;
- The exhaust pipe is extended and led upward. This exhaust gas exhaust design makes it possible to overcome water obstacles;
- In order to increase the load capacity, rigid springs and a roof rack are installed on the cab roof. This allows you to transport heavier and bulkier cargo.
