History and description
In 2000, the plant began production of more reliable modifications PAZ-32053 (single-door) and PAZ-32054 (double-door) - with axles from the Ryazan Automotive Units Plant (RZAA) and, most importantly, a new pneumatic braking system. In 2002, PAZ-32053/32054 buses were equipped with ABS, and, in addition to RZAA axles, they also began to be equipped with axles from the Kanash Automotive Aggregate Plant (KAAZ). It should be noted that the front wheel track of vehicles equipped with RZAA axles is wider than those with GAZ and KAAZ axles. PAZ-32053 and PAZ-32054 gradually replaced PAZ-3205 and PAZ-32051 from the bus market.
PAZ-32054 Two-door bus with a ZMZ-5234.10 gasoline engine. Total capacity - 42 people. 23 seats.
The small-class commuter bus is successfully used on suburban and city routes. Complies with Euro-1.2 environmental safety standards. Bridge of JSC "RZAA", AMO "ZIL" or JSC "KAAZ". The steering mechanism is MAZ-64229 with power steering. The brake system is pneumatic, drum brakes, ABS. The heating system is air, using heat from the engine cooling system. The northern version of the bus includes double glazing of the side windows, additional floor insulation, insulated ceiling and sides, a partition between the driver and the passenger compartment, and an additional heater.

The bus is equipped with two types of bridges:
* produced by the Kanash Automotive Aggregate Plant (KAAZ) - basic version (KM). * produced by the Ryazan Automotive Units Plant (RZAA AMO ZIL) - has a larger track width, recommended for use in difficult road conditions (RM).
Upon request, buses are equipped with a radio tape recorder, side window curtains, plastic fender liners, autonomous heaters and other equipment. It is possible to install increased comfort seats.
