The Amkodor 702 backhoe loader/bulldozer is a bright representative of optimal technical solutions for the housing and communal services sector, characterized by: versatility, convenience and ease of use, operational endurance and good adaptation to Russian road and climatic conditions.
Three main modifications of Amkodor 702 (with additional versions for each of them) form a wide range of equipment capable of solving absolutely any problems facing enterprises in the housing and communal services sector.
The Amkodor 702 line is based on the Belarus-92P tractor platform, which has received a number of modifications that make it possible to use a wider range of attachments.
As already mentioned, the Amkodor 702 line includes three main modifications:
- The basic version 702EA is equipped with frontal double-jaw loading equipment with a capacity of 0.54 m³ and an excavator system with a 0.18-cubic-meter bucket 702EA.02.16.000. The additional version 702EA-01 is distinguished by an operating weight reduced by 100 kg and the use of a mechanical coupling device for front-mounted equipment instead of hydraulics.
- 702EM-01 is distinguished by the presence of a mechanical device for quickly changing the front working element,
- The additional version 702EB-2, in turn, receives rotary bulldozer equipment with a hydraulic rotation control system.
Now in more detail about the overall and weight characteristics.
In the transport position, the length of the 702EA version reaches 7750 mm, the same parameter for the 702EM version is 6400 mm, and for the 702EB version – 6950 mm. The width of models 702EA and 702EB does not exceed 2400 mm, and in the 702EM version it increases to 2500 mm. The cabin height in all cases is 2850 mm.
But the maximum operating weight for each version is unique: 6750 kg for 702EA; 7100 kg for 702EM and 6200 kg for 702EB.
The only thing in which all modifications of Amkodor 702 are completely identical is the basic performance characteristics of excavator equipment. The 702 uses a 702EA.02.16.000 bucket with a nominal capacity of 0.18 m³ and a cutting edge width of 610 mm. Excavator equipment Amkodor 702 is capable of rotating at an angle of 170 degrees, and also provides a digging depth and radius of 4100 and 5450 mm, respectively. The loading height is 3500 mm.
The universal equipment Amkodor 702 is equipped with a diesel power unit model D-245.5. This engine has 4 in-line cylinders with a total displacement of 4.75 liters, is equipped with liquid cooling and gas turbine supercharging. Its maximum power reaches 88.7 hp. at 1800 rpm, and peak torque is 397 Nm, available at 1400 rpm.

Maintenance
Amkodor tractors are used in various industries and farming. To maintain them in working condition, scheduled technical and repair work should be carried out in accordance with the operating instructions.
- The recommended crankcase oil is LUKOIL products. It has successfully passed tests and is approved for use in engines for Amkodor tractors. The engine oil should be changed every 250 operating hours. The average crankcase volume is 12 liters.
- For the transmission, lubricants with classification SAE 80W-90 API GL-5 should be used. The operating instructions recommend using TNK Trans oil.
- The axle oil should be changed every 1000 hours of operation.
- Diesel fuel also has special requirements. The sulfur content in it should not exceed 350 mg/kg. Otherwise, a large amount of soot will form.

- The pump takes in air during operation (tightness must be ensured);
- Hoses and pipelines are not secured (they should be secured using staples);
- Foaming of the working fluid (it is necessary to change the oil);
- Wear of system elements or their mechanical damage (replace the corresponding parts with new ones).
If the hydraulic motor rotation shaft rotates slowly, this could be caused by the following reasons:
- Lack of oil in the hydraulic tank (lubricant should be added);
- Low pump flow (its operation should be adjusted or broken parts replaced);
- The hydraulic motor control unit constantly receives an electrical signal (the control unit must be repaired or replaced);
