At the plant's premises, as part of the full technological cycle for the production of backhoe loaders, modern high-tech equipment was put into operation: a surface preparation and painting complex, a thermal cutting complex, high-speed five-axis machining centers, the latest metalworking and assembly technologies were introduced (CNC press brake, portal, belt- saws, grinding and grinding machines, welding equipment, filter and ventilation equipment, etc.)

The high performance of the ELAZ BL backhoe loader is ensured by a 100 hp engine certified in accordance with Euro 3 standards, a maximum digging depth of 5800 mm, a maximum unloading height of 4700 mm and a load capacity of up to 6030 kg. Unique features of the machine are also joystick control, crab drive (models 888 4x4x4), telescopic handle, multifunction jaw bucket, shock-absorbed boom and platform, return to dig function, engine preheater, etc. The versatility of backhoe loaders is increased through the use of ( hydraulic hammer, grab, drilling equipment, buckets of various sizes, etc.). A high degree of localization makes it possible to participate in government procurement with these machines.

Today, PA ElAZ JSC produces multi-wheeled models of the 880 series (4X4) in two modifications:

• using three hydraulic cylinders for raising/lowering the front part;
• using four hydraulic cylinders for raising/lowering the front part, which increases the load capacity to 6030 kg.

And equal-wheeled models of the 888 series (4X4X4) in two modifications:

• with tandem gear hydraulic pump;
• with an axial piston hydraulic pump and hydraulic distributors, allowing you to combine up to four operations simultaneously.

Models ELAZ BL 880 and 888 successfully compete with models of backhoe loaders from leading manufacturers and are currently the best offer in terms of price/quality ratio.
