This model differs from most market analogues in its increased productivity, which was achieved thanks to the improved engine design and high speed of the cutting system.

The model is equipped with an asynchronous single-phase electric motor designed for increased loads. To protect the engine from overheating and short circuits, its device is equipped with sensors that turn off the motor in the event of an emergency. The motor is cooled by forced air suction through small holes in the housing.

The cutting parts of the grain crusher are represented by the main and an additional knife. They are attached to the motor shaft, which guarantees their consistently fast rotation and high-quality grinding of grain, regardless of its hardness. To protect the motor from the penetration of wet fractions, an O-ring is provided on the shaft.

The blades of the cutting knives of the grain crusher are laser sharpened at the factory. To protect against corrosion, they are coated with a chrome alloy, a uniform layer of which can withstand heat and mechanical stress.
