The document giving the right to drive a snowmobile or ATV is a tractor driver’s (tractor driver’s) license with an open category “AI”. The amounts of fines are determined by the Code of Administrative Offenses. They are the same as for motor vehicle drivers. Changes to registration data must be made if:

4. Fill out the application electronically, attaching scanned documents.
5. The next day, a notification about the date and time of the visit to Gostekhnadzor will appear in your personal account.
6. Visit Gostekhnadzor to receive confirmation of registration.

Providing the service takes no more than five working days.
