The front-end loader Amkodor-342V has a fairly broad purpose, namely, it is capable of performing the necessary tasks of industry, construction, enterprises, as well as public utilities.
In the construction of any objects or in the process of laying roads, it is used for leveling work sites, creating embankments, loading loose and lump soil, as well as transporting it over short distances.
Also, by equipping the machine with special equipment, it is possible to lift any loads whose weight does not exceed 4000 kilograms. With a basic bucket, the equipment is capable of performing various earthmoving-type works (digging trenches and foundation pits).
Without loosening, the loader is able to cope with soil of the first, second and third density categories, when the fourth category is available after loosening.

KUHN loader
The Russian company produces the KUN-10 AND KUN-08 front loader. It was founded in 1934 on the basis of the Gigant state farm, when the central workshop was reorganized into an automobile repair plant. After the war, production was concentrated only on the production of machine tools. Since 1960, the orientation has completely changed to agricultural products. Fuel consumption

Design
Compact and powerful, the loader features a Z-type linkage system that provides excellent functionality during earthmoving and quarrying operations. The transmission is hydromechanical. It regulates engine torque automatically. Special sensors send corresponding signals to the control unit, which regulates the fuel supply.
Control is carried out using a hydraulic booster. The hydraulic system of the loader is equipped with a special priority valve. It is he who makes operating the equipment simple and easy.
The steering mechanism consists of the following main components:
- articulated frame;
- hydraulic drive with feedback;
- emergency pump.
The wheels are steel rims with standard 21.3-24 (530R610) rubber tractor tires. At the factory, the loader is equipped with reliable tires from well-established manufacturers (Continental and others like them).
Braking and parking systems
The braking system is typical for this type of equipment. It consists of discs located in wheel hubs.
There is an oil bath inside the hubs, which increases the service life of the brake mechanisms. It quickly removes heat from the rubbing parts of the brake system.
The brakes are operated by a special hydraulic drive. It is separate, each bridge is equipped with its own drive device.
The design has a parking brake - single disc, dry. It is driven by a mechanical drive, which is a rigid spring connected to a lever in the cabin by a steel cable.

Refill tanks

The hydraulic system also requires a fairly large amount of special fluid - as much as 110 liters.
Device
The Amkodor 342B front loader has increased maneuverability due to the deep tread on the wheels, which are made of steel wheels and rubber tires. This allows the loader to move over any type of terrain without wasting time. The limited slip differential has the same effect.
The fuel supply depends on the signals received by the control unit. And the hydromechanical transmission automatically regulates engine torque.

Design Features
It is a boomerang-shaped boom, which is controlled by 4 hydraulic cylinders - two of them are used to lift the boom itself, and the rest directly control the tilt of the bucket. The entire system receives its power from the common hydraulic system of the chassis on which it is installed. The universal mount allows the use of a variety of replacement equipment.
