Purpose

The front-end loader Amkodor-342V has a fairly broad purpose, namely, it is capable of performing the necessary tasks of industry, construction, enterprises, as well as public utilities.

In the construction of any objects or in the process of laying roads, it is used for leveling work sites, creating embankments, loading loose and lump soil, as well as transporting it over short distances.

Also, by equipping the machine with special equipment, it is possible to lift any loads whose weight does not exceed 4000 kilograms. With a basic bucket, the equipment is capable of performing various earthmoving-type works (digging trenches and foundation pits).

Without loosening, the loader is able to cope with soil of the first, second and third density categories, when the fourth category is available after loosening.

KUHN loader

The Russian company produces the KUN-10 AND KUN-08 front loader. It was founded in 1934 on the basis of the Gigant state farm, when the central workshop was reorganized into an automobile repair plant. After the war, production was concentrated only on the production of machine tools. Since 1960, the orientation has completely changed to agricultural products. But already in 1973, the production of the famous KUN-10 began, which, through modifications and changing chassis, has reached the present day and continues to remain in service.

An important feature of the loader can be considered low fuel consumption, despite the presence of a very powerful engine. The reasons for this are:

  • hydromechanical transmission;
  • gas turbine supercharging.

The hydromechanical transmission minimizes power loss, which is why all fuel is used with maximum efficiency.

Gas turbine supercharging also increases engine power by increasing efficiency, without increasing consumption.

Design

Compact and powerful, the loader features a Z-type linkage system that provides excellent functionality during earthmoving and quarrying operations. The lifting height of the bucket is more than three meters, and the reach of its edge is about a meter. The six-meter turning radius is an excellent indicator. Transmission and chassis, steering

"Amkodor-342V" is equipped with a reliable gearbox. Her work has its own specifics. For forward movement there are as many as four speeds:

  • speed in third gear – 22.6 km/h;
  • speed in fourth gear is 37 km/h.

Reverse movement is also possible at first and second speeds:

The design includes a limited slip differential. Its presence allows you to move over rough terrain, and even heavy dirt will not become a serious obstacle for the loader.

It is this, as well as the aggressive and very deep tread, which allows the wheels to easily cling even to liquid mud, that is the secret of its good cross-country ability.

The transmission is hydromechanical. It regulates engine torque automatically. Special sensors send corresponding signals to the control unit, which regulates the fuel supply.

Control is carried out using a hydraulic booster. The hydraulic system of the loader is equipped with a special priority valve. It is he who makes operating the equipment simple and easy.

The steering mechanism consists of the following main components:

  • articulated frame;
  • hydraulic drive with feedback;
  • emergency pump.

The wheels are steel rims with standard 21.3-24 (530R610) rubber tractor tires. At the factory, the loader is equipped with reliable tires from well-established manufacturers (Continental and others like them).

Braking and parking systems

The braking system is typical for this type of equipment. It consists of discs located in wheel hubs.

There is an oil bath inside the hubs, which increases the service life of the brake mechanisms. It quickly removes heat from the rubbing parts of the brake system.

The brakes are operated by a special hydraulic drive. It is separate, each bridge is equipped with its own drive device.

The design has a parking brake - single disc, dry. It is driven by a mechanical drive, which is a rigid spring connected to a lever in the cabin by a steel cable.

The release of the brakes is carried out using a hydraulic drive. It is very difficult to do this manually.

Refill tanks

The operation of the main bucket is always carried out in accordance with the hydraulic cycles:

  • bucket lifting time – 5.6 seconds;
  • unloading time, tipping – 1.2 seconds;

Initially, this model was designed for use on construction sites, in quarries and other similar places where it is very important to perform a large amount of work in a short period of time.

The fuel tank can simultaneously hold about 215 liters. This reserve makes it possible to save a lot of time by not having to refuel frequently.

The hydraulic system also requires a fairly large amount of special fluid - as much as 110 liters.

Device

The Amkodor 342B front loader has increased maneuverability due to the deep tread on the wheels, which are made of steel wheels and rubber tires. This allows the loader to move over any type of terrain without wasting time. The limited slip differential has the same effect.

The fuel supply depends on the signals received by the control unit. And the hydromechanical transmission automatically regulates engine torque.

The equipment is controlled by means of an emergency pump, an articulated frame and a hydraulic drive, the signal to which is received from the operator through special devices.

Engine power does not affect fuel consumption, so the model is economical with high performance. This effect is achieved by installing a gas turbine supercharging and hydraulic drive. This and other advantages led the model to increased demand, and the manufacturer received greater profits.

Design Features

It is a boomerang-shaped boom, which is controlled by 4 hydraulic cylinders - two of them are used to lift the boom itself, and the rest directly control the tilt of the bucket. The entire system receives its power from the common hydraulic system of the chassis on which it is installed. The universal mount allows the use of a variety of replacement equipment. At the same time, control remains the same and is carried out from the chassis cab.

In addition to the KUN-10 loader, the plant also produces the KUN-08, which differs from the base model only in the bucket capacity.

  • Buckets of various capacities, which can range from 0.35 square meters to 1.5 m3.
  • As the power increases, the maximum load on the bucket also changes, so larger ones are suitable only for working with light loads with a specific gravity of up to 5 kN/m2, which is suitable, for example, for sawdust, but the smallest one can cope even with a specific gravity of 15-25 kN/m3 and is perfect for sand, crushed stone or fertilizer.

  • Rake grid for transporting hay to various distances;
  • Log grabber for logging operations, as well as simply for transporting logs;
  • Fork device, as well as gripper for loading and transporting bales and rolls;
