  • Solid wheels are one of the more affordable alternatives to slip-on tracks and are an ideal replacement for standard wheels. The advantage of solid wheels is their deep tread and tenacious properties. With such tires, slipping and slipping are practically eliminated. Use of all-terrain vehicles

Crawler-mounted off-road trucks are indispensable when transporting any cargo, equipment and even people in difficult regions of the country. If in areas with stable soil you can use ordinary trucks for any transportation, then in swamps or in permafrost conditions you cannot do without a specially equipped all-terrain vehicle, for example, the TM-140.

The choice of a cargo SUV must be approached very seriously, since the subsequent success of the operation depends on it. Therefore, in addition to other characteristics, it is worth paying attention to:

  • load capacity on unstable soils;

  • maximum travel without refueling.

  • The MKSM-800 mini-loader is capable of turning around in one place. A smooth increase in speed is possible, without various jerks and vibrations. Operations with the control of the loader are easy and do not require getting used to, because only a pair of joysticks located on the side panels are provided to control the attachments.
  • The machine exists in several versions. Thus, the 800K modification is equipped with a choice of Cummins or John Deere diesel engines, while the version with the “H” index received an engine from the Harz company. Today, a newer version A is offered with design changes, including a robust welded frame. The developers also abandoned the installation of an outdated pump drive. The package includes a clutch that promotes reliable engine operation at sub-zero temperatures.

  • The standard model MKSM-800 received an economical power unit with a specific fuel consumption of 220 kW/hour. You can choose from engines from John Deere and Harz, which have proven themselves in harsh northern conditions. They are capable of operating at temperatures from minus 20 to plus 50 degrees. The service life of both engines is 8000 hours. The maximum speed is 10 km/h, and the fuel tank capacity reaches 55 liters. The machine turned out to be compact - its length is 2480 mm and its width is 1680 mm.
  • Otherwise, the mini loader of the same name is equipped with domestic components. For example, the hydraulic system for the MKSM-800 model is produced in Kovrov, Salavat and Pargolovo. You can change the necessary attachments in a matter of minutes - a quick-release clamp is used as fastenings. As a result, there is no need to use special tools.

  • The all-metal cabin of the MKSM-800 is made of thick steel. Rigid fastening of the cabin to the frame is provided by silent block connections. If necessary, the cabin tilts back, and thus provides access to components and assemblies that are easy and convenient to service. The cabin itself is designed in an ergonomic way - for example, there is a wide doorway, as well as an additional step that allows you to easily climb into the cabin. The door is essentially the front wall of the cabin, and the side panels have hooks on which you can hang clothes. The main feature of the cabin interior is, of course, the sprung seat. It can be adjusted in different ranges - however, the same applies to the adjustable steering column. All control devices, including control and measuring sensors and instruments, are located as close as possible to the driver. The cabin also has a special niche for storing tools. The front glazing area is expanded by side glazing, which provides almost all-round visibility. We also note the modern sound insulation of the engine compartment and interior, thanks to which the driver is almost not distracted by noise and vibrations, gets less tired and can work much longer. Windows and doors can be replaced with protective grilles to lighten the overall weight of the cabin. At the same time, safety can be increased in this way, as safety bars protect the operator in the event of a rollover.
