Combine harvester Lida-1300

Threshing drum rotation speed, rpm
- with gearbox, rpm

The Lida-1300 grain harvester has a very modern and highly productive 3-drum threshing and separating system, and threshing is done carefully and completely.

The rotation frequencies of the threshing drum, breaker beater and separating drum are optimally matched to each other, which allows for high productivity of the combine, including on long-stemmed and wet grains.

The speed of the threshing drum is regulated by means of two variators by steplessly adjusting the rotation speed in the range from 640 to 1240 rpm. Using a reduction gearbox, the threshing drum speed can be set in the range from 320 to 620 rpm, which is so necessary when harvesting corn, sunflowers, and soybeans. The threshing drum speed can be easily adjusted from the operator's station in the cab.

The separating drum deck has three positions, which allows it to move up to 65 mm. The maximum gap between the deck and the separating drum is recommended for dry straw. For harvesting various types of crops (corn, sunflower, rice), special concave and threshing drums can be supplied optionally. Thanks to the optional equipment, optimal harvesting of various types of crops is ensured.

High threshing productivity and excellent threshing quality allow the combine to operate even under unfavorable harvesting conditions.

Thanks to the 3-drum threshing and separating system, complete and gentle threshing is achieved. The diameter of the threshing drum is 600mm, the width of the threshing channel is 1300mm, the breaker with a diameter of 395mm, the separating drum with a diameter of 570mm using a threshing concave and the separating drum deck perfectly complement each other.

1) A threshing drum with a diameter of 600 mm, equipped with 8 beaters, threshes grain carefully and efficiently

2) Variable drives of the threshing drum allow you to smoothly adjust the rotation speed from 640 to 1240 rpm, and with the use of a reduction gear - 320-620 rpm, which allows for gentle and high-quality threshing of crops such as soybeans, sunflowers, and corn

3) The 6300 l grain tank is an ideal design for combine operation and provides long tank filling intervals combined with fast unloading. Thanks to the high unloading height, loading of larger vehicles and containers is also possible

CLEANING AND ENGINE

The Lida-1300 grain harvester has an effective three-layer cleaning system with adjustable louvered sieves, which ensures excellent separation and a high degree of purification of the harvest material

The upper and lower sieves are adjusted using a conveniently located special lever. For harvesting special crops, the combine can optionally be equipped with sieves with round cells.

For harvesting with minimal losses, including on slopes, the combine is equipped with a distribution auger, a special device to prevent the drift of harvesting material when the machine is tilted transversely

1) A sensor installed at the end of the cleaning sieves registers grain losses and helps to optimally adjust the louvered sieves to eliminate losses

2) Five straw walker keys (4 cascades each) and guide partitions ensure optimal fluffing of the straw and minimization of losses behind the straw walker.

3) The air flow for the cleaning system is created using a special axial fan, which allows the ideal use of air flow and uniform distribution over the entire area of the sieves. The fan rotation speed is infinitely variable using a special variator in the range from 630 to 1830 rpm. The choice of fan speed depends on the harvesting conditions and the crop being harvested

4) Clean air and sufficient flow for the engine cooling system in hot and dusty conditions during harvesting are provided by a centrifugal air purification system.

5) A drive axle with reliable final drives and a 3-speed gearbox manufactured by CLAAS allows for trouble-free transmission of torque to the wheels even in difficult operating conditions.

To reduce fatigue during long cleaning days, a comfortable cabin with all-round glazing and work lighting is provided, which creates an optimal view of the work area.

The panoramic cabin and convenient location of controls allow the operator to easily control the combine. During operation, the most frequently used header control functions are integrated directly into the handle (joystick) for controlling the progress of the combine.

The joystick fits well in the hand and allows precise selection of movement speed, as well as raising and lowering the feeder chamber with the header and adjusting the position and speed of the reel. Convenient location of key switches (switches) ensures easy control of the combine.

The noise level inside the cabin is 77 dB, which reaches the standard of a passenger car. Cab air conditioning and heating are also standard, as is a comfortable sprung seat, which can be individually adjusted to suit the operator's parameters.

All important functions of the combine are controlled using a modern on-board computer, which indicates to the combine operator any deviations in normal operation. The rotation speed of the defining functional components is also adjusted via a computer. In addition, it is used to record, accumulate and process important parameters.

ADAPTERS AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

The Lida-1300 grain harvester can be equipped with various adapters:

    grain headers working width (4m, 5m, 6m, 7m)

Thanks to a special soil copying system, the headers copy both longitudinally and transversely, adapting to certain soil relief conditions. For this purpose, the header is mounted on a pendulum suspension. Using a spring energy accumulator, the pressure of the header shoes on the soil is regulated. The cutting height is set using the tracking shoes.

Thanks to the use of the Shumaher cutting system in the header design, they have good cutting quality and a uniform supply of harvest material. A high-quality cut is also achieved due to the knife stroke of 85mm. A 6-rake reel with a continuously variable hydraulic drive and special teeth ensures a smooth and uniform supply of harvesting material. The design of the feeder chamber provides header reverse, which must be used in case of clogging. To ensure correct connection of the hydraulic hoses from the header, they are color-coded.

Thanks to the quick-acting connecting device, the header can be mounted securely and quickly.

Grain headers are supplied as standard with a transport trolley for transportation. Thanks to the three-wheeled trolley, quick and easy installation of the header and its coupling to the combine is possible.

Purpose

Lida 1300 is designed for harvesting grain and soybean crops, silage crops, various cereals and herbs, sunflowers, soybeans and other field harvest plants. Thanks to its design, the combine is capable of carrying out a full crop processing cycle. In addition to harvesting field crops, they are threshed, separated, cleaned, stored in a bunker with subsequent delivery to the back of an accompanying vehicle. The remaining straw formed after processing the crop is formed into windrows.

Advantages and disadvantages, reviews

The Lida 1300 combine harvester is a new development that is not similar to its predecessors. Previous problems were taken into account and eliminated from the new design. This work provided a number of significant advantages:

  1. Comfort and ergonomics of the cabin, which ensures comfortable work for the driver.
  2. Introduction of a new system for harvesting and processing of harvested crops. This made it possible to minimize grain losses and increase the quality of straw processing.
  3. Improving the quality of crop processing, especially grain crops.
  4. Increasing the volume of the storage bin. This makes it possible to reduce the frequency of its unloading. As a result, the use of vehicles for removing processed crops is reduced.
  5. Reduced yield losses as a result of the use of a new threshing system and the use of a surface roughness control system.
  6. Availability of equipment that allows you to regulate the speed of field processing and the amount of harvested crops.
  7. The ability to quickly change attachments when changing the type of crop being harvested.

Reviews of the Lida 1300 combine harvester talk about how easy it is to work with. Machine operators characterize it as high reliability, efficiency and practicality. The presence of electronics is kept to a minimum, and the thresher is started by a lever from the operator's cabin. The BOSH hydraulics installed on the combine received positive reviews. The paintwork is durable, which prevents metal corrosion. Among the disadvantages is the possibility of failure of the drum due to a foreign object getting into it. As a disadvantage, one can note the low degree of movement on wet ground.

  7. Elevator for harvest.
  8. Delimiter.
  9. Catcher for stones and foreign objects.

The machine operator controls the units and components from his cab.

Cabin

The first combine harvesters were equipped with German-made cabins. In the process of modifications and improvements, the cabins were replaced with domestic analogues. The modern combine cabin has side windows on all sides, which allows the operator to conduct a panoramic inspection of the area. This makes it possible to observe the work of the header and at the same time dispense the harvested crop through the side auger. Rear view mirrors increase visibility. The operator's cabin is a separate module. In case of breakdown, it can be completely dismantled. The seat and steering wheel are adjustable. Additional ergonomics are achieved through a convenient instrument panel and side manipulator. The cabin is protected from vibration, dust and noise. Equipped with an air conditioning system.

Additional equipment

Recently, units have been produced with a built-in on-board computer. He is able to completely control the harvesting. The on-board computer can simultaneously perform several important tasks:

  • Monitoring of combine components and assemblies during operation.
  • Recording data regarding quantity and type of crop harvested.
  • Determination of the area of harvested fields.
  • Controlling the start and end times of cleaning work.
  • Drawing up a detailed map of the degree of productivity of each field.

The Lida 1300 combine can use half-tracks. It is used as additional equipment. Special devices are used for harvesting various agricultural crops. This could be an attachment for harvesting rapeseed, or special headers for clearing a field of corn, sunflower, buckwheat and other crops. A separate addition is the double-sided mechanical system, which allows the cutting unit to follow the contour of the ground. Built-in sensors monitor surface unevenness in all planes. As a result of using such a system, the cutting height of the crop is maintained and the cutting knives are prevented from sticking into the ground.

Operating Parameters

The long period of operation of the unit indicates that the technical characteristics of the Lida 1300 combine can solve any harvesting tasks.

Engine and fuel consumption

From the beginning of production until recently, Cummins diesel engines were installed on Lida combines. The installation of engines of this corporation is carried out on a significant amount of equipment that performs agricultural harvesting, road and construction work. Recently, the production and installation of a domestic analogue of Cummins/MMZ – CAST Cummins 6TA-830 – has been launched. Domestic production has made the price of the engine much cheaper, but both engines have the same parameters. They have 6 cylinders and have a power of 250 hp. (185 kW). The engine is highly efficient and economical. A full tank of diesel fuel is enough for two days of work. Taking into account the standards, the combine must harvest 40 hectares of crop per day. Accordingly, 500 liters of fuel is enough to harvest 80 hectares of crops at a harvesting speed of 5-6 km/h.

Device and characteristics

The combine harvester is built on the basis of a steel frame on which the power unit, transmission units, hydraulic steering and driver's cabin are installed. The machines use diesel engines manufactured by Case, MMZ or YaMZ. A hydraulic transmission is used to transmit torque from the engine to the drive wheels. The working pump is connected to the diesel crankshaft by a V-belt drive.

The machine is equipped with a drive axle equipped with an additional range box and wheel planetary gearboxes. The technical characteristics of the Lida combine harvester depend on the modification of the transmission units used. Some vehicles are equipped with a 3-speed Case gearbox, and an original 4-speed unit developed by Gomselmash is also found. Both transmission options have an additional reverse gear; blockers are not provided by the design.

The basic equipment of the operator's cabin includes air conditioning and a multi-way adjustable seat.

The steering is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and a transverse rod that synchronizes the position of the wheels. The steering column is adjustable in length and installation angle.

At the front of the machine there is a header with a reel, which transfers the mass to be threshed into the auger mechanism. The side parts of the header are equipped with stem dividers. The stems cut with a knife are directed by an auger to the middle part of the header, and from there the material is transferred to the threshing unit. The header drive is equipped with a quick stop mechanism, which is used in case of emergency situations.

The threshed mass enters the separator, where additional threshing occurs. Then the loosened mixture enters the apparatus that separates the straw. After this, the mixture of grain and chaff passes through a sieve and is divided into fractions. Additional cleaning is carried out by an axial fan, then clean grain enters the hopper.

Analogues and cost

The Lida 1300 combine has newer and more modern analogues. These include the same type of combines Lida 1500 and Lida 1600. They are distinguished by a larger bunker volume, a larger straw walker and a high-performance separator. A characteristic difference is the increased grip of the header. As a result, the harvesting area becomes larger and the harvesting time of the fields is reduced. The cost of the new Lida 1300 combine is in the range from 4.5 to 5.5 million rubles. The price depends on the manufacturer and configuration of the unit. Belarusian-assembled combines will cost more than combines produced in Russia. A used combine harvester is evaluated according to several parameters. The year of manufacture, the technical condition in general and individual components and assemblies are taken into account. Mileage, availability of spare parts and additional equipment are taken into account. Based on this, the cost of a combine can range from 0.5 to 1.7 million rubles.

Lida 1300 is no longer a new product on the agricultural harvesting equipment market. But given its characteristics, positive qualities and low cost compared to more modern machines, it remains popular for harvesting.

LIDA 1300 | Fermer.Ru - Farmer.Ru - Main farming portal

To replace my old Niva, from under which I kept crawling out more and more often, I decided to buy something fresher to replace it. After analyzing the Internet and its capabilities, my gaze fell on the Lida 1300. Inexpensive, not particularly old and repairable. This miracle was located in Belarus. After meeting, payment and transportation, and he’s home!!! Since it was still used, we immediately began examining it for worn-out components. As it turned out, it was completely intact. What was replaced: The upper ear pipe (rotted), the windshield (the crane operator turned out to be a seal, he just didn’t want to look at the indicated gestures), the inclined receiving drum (it was dented), the grain concave was immediately replaced with a corn one, an electric drive for adjusting the drum speed ( for some reason I couldn’t turn it), the reel control unit (it was faulty), the start/stop unit, the generator (it was faulty due to our fault), the grain elevator drive gearbox (it was faulty), and that’s probably all. They went through the inclined bits and pieces, checked some places inside, yes.... figured out the wiring

for a long time, fortunately I once worked as an auto electrician at a large enterprise and was a radio amateur during my school years... it helped. I ordered a second grain harvester and made a sunflower one out of it.

Spare parts were supplied from Belarus, both used and new. We washed, cleaned, changed the oil, refilled the air conditioner and.....started. I immediately liked the engine from the first start, the joystick controls, etc. RESULT: 250 grains and 250 sunflowers passed easily. I threshed grains like Polesie 1218, Dzhoniki and New Kholodny, etc. and also did not thresh some spikelets like all the listed combines.... In short, it's normal. Oilseed sunflower with a moisture content of 4-5 does not hurt, and it doesn’t hurt the gourd (on the gourd, however, I harvested 150 engine revolutions less, it was too dry). During the cleaning process, we repaired: two connecting rods (bolts were missing), two bearings on the engine cooling air purification separator.
