The AGP 22T telescopic hydraulic lift based on the Ural 43206 chassis is equipped with a cradle made of aluminum. This makes the design much lighter. The cradle is lifted by a telescopic boom consisting of three sections. The maximum lifting height of the cradle is 22 meters. For safety and protection from damage, all wires and hydraulic hoses are routed inside the telescopic boom.

A very important feature of this car is that the lifting of the cradle and control of turning the car engine on and off can be controlled both from the ground and from the cradle itself. The cradle is equipped with comfortable, non-slip aluminum platforms. This prevents the possibility of injury to workers in it. The cradle is also equipped with a power supply of 220 Volts.

Two-link all-terrain vehicle STM-7087 with AGP 22 T

STM-7087 - Cargo, floating, tracked snow and swamp-going vehicle (6 seats, 2 sleepers, payload 3.3 tons), having two active links:

  • The first is a 6-seater cabin (one berth) with steering and engine compartment, load capacity 900 kg.
  • The second is a cargo one, a single-layer canopy with a load capacity of 2400 kg (without loss of buoyancy).

The body of the snow and swamp-going vehicle is load-bearing, metal, sealed, welded. Two electric bilge pumps with a capacity of at least 92 l/min are installed in both sections of the front and rear of the machine’s bottom. There is an emergency ventilation hatch in the roof of the driver's cabin. In the cabin, three seats in the first row are equipped with three-point seat belts and two seats in the second row are equipped with lap belts. Heating is provided by a liquid heater from the engine in the driver's compartment.

The second link of the all-terrain vehicle is equipped with an AGP 22 T lift.

CONTROLS

Steering is controlled using the steering wheel. The controls of a tracked snow and swamp-going vehicle are of an automobile type. They are located in intuitive places. Thanks to the backlight, all readings on the instrument panel are perfectly readable in the dark, which makes the trip tireless. Ease of control and safety is facilitated by excellent visibility due to the large glass area and large exterior mirrors.

POWER POINT

Snow and swamp-going vehicle STM-7087 with the engine compartment located in the rear part of the front link, in which a turbocharged D-245.30E2 engine with a five-speed manual gearbox and a mechanical two-stage transfer case is installed, distributing torque through cardan gears between the drives of the first and second links.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
