- at night, the work area is illuminated by a special headlight and LED contour lights, which ensures confident loading;
- the modern lift-and-slide design of a five-meter-long platform allows you to load a damaged car with minimal effort, even if its wheel mechanism is damaged or missing and the steering does not work, and the loading process is controlled from the cab;
- Thanks to its small dimensions, the tow truck based on the Hundai Hd78 chassis is highly mobile and provides high cross-country ability in congested city roads.
Device
A tow truck with a broken platform is equipped with a winch device, which is responsible for lifting the towed vehicle. Using a powerful and reliable cable, the object is dragged onto the platform and fixed on it using special fasteners. The broken platform is fixedly fixed to the frame; it does not change its position when loading the machine. This design is suitable for transporting a vehicle under its own power. The retractable platform has compartments that drop down under the transported vehicle, and the manipulator pulls it onto the platform. When the machine is fully loaded, the movable compartments slide into their original position.
The chassis of the Hyundai tow truck is equipped with a D4DD engine, which complies with the Euro 3 standard. The spring suspension allows you to minimize bumps on the road so that they do not cause damage to the transported vehicle.
To increase the maneuverability of the chassis, the steering wheel is equipped with a hydraulic booster, and the cabin, depending on the configuration, is equipped with air conditioning.
