The use of a hydropneumatic front axle suspension with a built-in leveling system and a working stroke of 300 mm solved the problem of tractor track stability.

This parameter is especially important when processing row spacing and towing heavy loads over rough terrain with complex microrelief. The softness of the ride also has a positive effect on the stability of traction characteristics and fuel economy.

All the advantages of the all-wheel drive chassis and built-in automation of the tractor are effectively realized by an intelligent control system. One of its many functions is torque distribution under variable load conditions.

Technologies and innovations used

Since it is almost impossible to achieve excellent performance with just a power plant in conjunction with a transmission, the manufacturer has introduced a number of innovative technologies into its brainchild that help optimize all production processes in the tractor.

Fendt VarioDrive. This technology makes it possible to distribute torque as accurately and efficiently as possible between the front and rear axles so that the tractor has excellent maneuverability regardless of the complexity of the site, as well as the necessary power loads during field cultivation.

Fendt VarioGrip. The experts who conducted the tests called this technology one of the best, most popular and relevant. Its main purpose is to monitor tire pressure levels. This indicator varies in the range from 0.6 to 2.5 Bar, and adjustments can be made literally in a matter of minutes with minimal intervention from the operator. Another distinctive feature of the technology is that it can work not only with single, but also with dual wheels. As a result of flexible adjustment of tire pressure, it is possible to ensure better maneuverability of the tractor in some difficult conditions.

The manufacturer also paid a lot of attention to the comfort of the tractor operator - for this purpose, the cabin was developed taking into account the basic requirements of ergonomics. At first glance it may seem that its dimensions are too small for such a massive tractor, but during operation it becomes obvious that this opinion is wrong. The FENDT 1050 Vario tractor is truly focused on operating comfort and ensuring maximum operating efficiency.

Sparka from Soyuz-Diagen

Representatives brought and installed additional wheels. The front and rear original wheels from the Fendt factory with Trelleborg tires were paired with wheels with Soyuz-Diagen rims and Trelleborg tires. So we have:

Front wheels: original wheels from the factory IF 710/60 R38 + Soyuz-Diagen wheels IF 650/65 R38.

Rear wheels: original wheels from the factory IF 900/65 R46 + Soyuz-Diagen wheels IF 750/75 R46.

The tire profile height is almost the same, and the outer diameter of the installed wheels is the same as the original ones.

Note: this is the size of the additional wheels that Zeppelin ordered for the sake of versatility, because we also offer this “spark” for the Fendt 1038 model (396 hp), whose original rear wheels have IF750/75R46 tires, and the front ones have IF650/65R38 tires .

Installation of dual wheels. A bracket nut is installed in the factory technological holes on the original discs, which is securely fastened to the inside of the factory disc. Ties and locks will then be attached to it. Using a loader, additional wheels manufactured by Soyuz-Diagen are installed. They are seated inside the original disk and secured with locks and ties, which are tightened securely. Next, we make a few test runs, once again carry out the final even tightening of the ties - and you're done!

The installation of dual wheels takes place while maintaining rear wheel ballasts of 1250 kg, which is an important condition for achieving optimal traction.
