Together with the manager, we clarified all the details and specifications of the car I was buying. Having made an advance payment for the delivery of the car to the official dealer, all that was left was to wait for the assembly of your car.
Time passed... and there was still no call with a happy message that the car was ready and you could pick it up. The call came only after 1 month, and they told me that they bought the chassis in the color I needed. In general, the situation turned out to be very interesting in terms of color. If I bought a car in white, then within 2-3 weeks it would be in my possession. But I’m a very picky buyer, I only wanted a car in BLUE color. The buyer is always right? No matter how it is. Take white or wait a very long time for your color. So it turned out that only the blue chassis took about 1 month to buy. Next was the delivery of the car to the official dealer, which took some time. To this I must add that I ordered certain modifications to my car from an official dealer. In particular, the car had to have the following specifications (I will list the main ones): 1) a rear view camera in the upper part of the cargo superstructure 2) rigging rails installed at a height of 70 cm and 140 cm around the perimeter, excluding the doors of the cargo superstructure. 3) rear differential lock. 4) luxury seats. 5) Webasto pre-start liquid heater.
I want to say right away that there were 2 options for a liquid heater - Webasto or Binar. I asked that it be clearly stated in the supply contract that I specifically required a Webasto pre-start liquid heater. As a result, here on this point you can give a plus to the manager, or it was just a coincidence that Webasto was installed on the car.
The cargo superstructure consists of an isothermal van with 50mm insulation, transport plywood floor, galvanized fittings, rigging rail, aluminum corner. Everything was done with high quality and I had nothing to complain about here.
The rear view camera was installed according to my requirements, on the top of the cargo area.
I specifically called the managers and made sure that during the modification process, the installation height of the rigging rails was exactly as specified in the supply contract. Everything was done exactly according to requirements.

Living 250 km one way from the official dealer, you don’t have to travel much to check the work done on the car. Communication took place using a cell phone. Therefore, when they called and told me to pick up the car, they said that everything was done and there was no need to worry. I asked again if everything had been done? Yes, you can come and pick it up. Having arrived to pick up the car, I discovered, in addition to the advantages described above, many disadvantages... In particular, the paid rear differential lock was missing. I had to solve this problem on the spot. At first they offered to come on Monday, and pick up the car on Friday, since there was no installation technician and the rear differential itself. I refused because I didn’t really want to travel 500 km at my own expense. This was followed by an offer to install a spoiler for me... but the official dealer also did not have the spoiler of the size I needed. This was followed by an offer to sell me winter studded tires. I refused for 2 reasons... their prices for tires are exorbitant and a set of new studded tires was lying in the garage. In general, I had to agree to install an additional Separ 2000 separator and cover the remaining amount of the blocking cost with filters for vehicle maintenance.
