MTZ-622

According to technical characteristics, MTZ-622 belongs to the class of machines that provide a tractive effort of 0.9 tons. The tractor has a front engine and is equipped with a drive on both axles. The design of the Belarus MTZ-622 tractor is based on a rigid frame, consisting of a front half-frame and gearbox housings and rear axles. The engine is mounted on a clutch housing, which is attached to the gearbox housing. The front part of the engine rests on the cross member of the semi-frame.

The tractor uses a 1-disc dry type clutch with mechanical control. The car uses a 2-band 4-speed transmission. The MTZ-922 tractor is equipped with three-disc pneumatic brakes, which can be either dry or wet. Their drive is hydrostatic separate. Transmission and gearbox

It is possible to positionally adjust the position of the equipment. The load capacity increases several times compared to the MTZ-80 version. Parking and main brakes are disc, dry.

Hydraulic suspension system

Separate-aggregate mounted system with the possibility of power, positional, mixed and height regulation of the working position of mounted implements. The tractor is equipped with a hydraulic lift with two hydraulic cylinders Ts 220X80, rear three-point hitch NU category 2.

To connect the tractor's hydraulic system to the hydraulic units of the equipment used, pairs of hydraulic outlets are located in the area of ​​the rear linkage, on the left and right sides of the tractor. Models of the previous generation are noted as analogues of the car - the all-wheel drive MTZ and its version MTZ-82. They became the basis for the appearance of the new product in question with its modifications.

Steering

The tractor is equipped with hydraulic power steering (HPS) as part of a separate hydraulic steering system with a gerotor metering pump in the steering column bracket and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder (Ts63X200) in the steering linkage of the steered front wheels of the tractor. The working fluid is supplied from a separate oil tank of the system, the pressure is provided by a separate gear pump. The steering wheel position is adjustable: infinitely variable in height - within 100 mm, in four positions from 25° to 40° in 5° increments.
