KS-45717-1R is a technique with outstanding capabilities that fully meets the small class. The all-terrain chassis provides excellent performance when driving in difficult-to-reach conditions, and due to this, the model in question can be used when searching or developing oil or gas fields. The maximum load moment of the boom reaches 84.8 tm, which is quite consistent with a lifting capacity of 25 tons. The kit includes a 30-meter four-section boom with a lattice extension. Together with it, the total length increases to 39.7 m. The characteristics of the boom are very impressive - a reach of 29 m with a working area of ​​360 degrees.

The crane installation is made in accordance with international requirements and standards. The support and rotation frames are manufactured according to standards that meet the parameters of CAD systems. This indicates the high manufacturability of the product, which was achieved with low weight and ideal rigidity characteristics. In the production of moving parts, a welding machine is used, under the influence of which a strong weld is formed. Thanks to this, the steel metal structure from which the boom is made is endowed with high efficiency and maneuverability when performing operations, moving heavy loads, etc. The unique technological process ensures optimal rigidity and load-height characteristics, as well as high functionality. Please note that all four boom sections can be extended individually or simultaneously. In this case, hydraulic cylinders and pulleys are responsible for extending the booms, which are also responsible for returning the boom back to its original position. In this case (in its shortest position), the boom looks compact enough for the operator to move and maneuver comfortably in tight spaces.

Optionally, the manufacturer offers a 9-meter boom extension that can be tilted 30 degrees. Thanks to the optimal characteristics of the support contour, the truck crane became stable. In addition, this model received a boom reach of up to 29 meters, which is the largest figure in the small class.

The hydraulic drive of the truck crane operates from an axial piston pump, which, in turn, operates the engine torque. Power is transmitted through a gearbox with perfectly selected gear ratios optimized for high loads. Due to this, the gearbox is able to “digest” any torque produced by a diesel engine. Ease and simple operation of the truck crane is ensured by the smooth operation of all moving parts, as well as the ability to select speeds in a wide range and perform several operations simultaneously.

The crane operator's cabin has a variable angle of inclination, and is also equipped with panoramic glazing and two windshield wipers. Of course, this could not but have a positive effect on convenience and good visibility. In addition, we will also add an autonomous heating system, an ergonomic control panel, which is represented by levers and switches, as well as all kinds of indicators and control displays. If there is a problem, the computer will beep or display the problem on the display. As a result, the operator will always know about the condition of the moving parts and organs of the truck crane. For example, a computer system can determine the current lifting capacity and position coordinates of the boom, as well as prevent overload and overheating, or protect the truck crane and operator when it comes into contact with power lines.
