The Galichanin KS-55713-1 truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons on the KamAZ-65115 chassis is designed for loading and unloading and construction and installation work at dispersed sites.
All chassis have excellent maneuverability and ease of control, which allows the crane to be used at sites with various types of access roads, and its small dimensions make it suitable for operation in the cramped conditions of modern cities. The crane installation is driven by two axial piston hydraulic pumps, which are driven by the engine of the base vehicle through a gearbox and an additional power take-off. The crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system of the crane installation ensures smooth control of all mechanisms with a wide range of speed control for working operations, as well as the ability to simultaneously combine several crane operations.
A three-section telescopic boom with a length of 9.7 - 21.7 meters in the retracted position provides the crane with compactness and maneuverability when moving, and in the extended position it provides a large working area and a large height for moving the load during operation.
Additional equipment of the boom with a lattice jib 9 meters long (except for the crane based on the KamAZ-53215 chassis) allows us to provide the largest service area and the size of the under-jib space among similar models of 25-ton cranes. The transfer of the jib from the transport position to the working position and back is done manually without the use of additional lifting equipment.
The ability to telescope a boom with a load on a hook allows the crane to perform special tasks: installing loads in hard-to-reach places, carrying them among mounted structures. For the convenience of working in cramped conditions, a load handling mode is provided with the crane installed on supports with the outrigger beams retracted.
Safe operation of the crane is ensured by a complex of instruments and devices, including a microprocessor load limiter with digital indication of operating parameters on the display in the driver’s cabin. The device automatically protects the crane from overload and capsizing, is equipped with a crane coordinate protection system necessary for working in cramped conditions, has a built-in telemetric memory unit (“black box”) and a crane protection module from dangerous voltage (MZON) for working near power lines.

The KS-55713-1K automobile jib crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons is mounted on the chassis of a KamAZ-65115 vehicle.
It is unique in its load-height characteristics and is the only model among the 25-ton truck cranes produced by manufacturers with a circular work area.

Due to the large size of the support contour (4.9 x 5.8!!!), the crane can carry out work with loads in a 360-degree circular zone, which allows minimizing the number of rearrangements when working on site. Thus, the functionality and performance of this crane model on work sites significantly exceeds that of existing analogues.

Load limiter of the ONK crane with digital indication of operating parameters on the display in the crane operator’s cabin, which includes a built-in device for recording characteristics - a “black box” and a module for protecting the crane from dangerous voltage MZON for work near power lines. The PMC automatically protects the crane from overload and capsizing, and is equipped with a coordinate protection system necessary for working in cramped working conditions near power lines.
