Transmission

Planetary power shift gearbox with 415 mm diameter oil-fed clutches with high torque transmission capability, providing three forward and three reverse gears. The modulating system allows you to smoothly change speeds under load. Changing gears and driving directions is carried out with one lever. Structurally, it is combined with a matching gearbox and main gear into a single power unit installed in the bore of the rear axle. Three-element, single-stage torque converter with an active diameter of 410 mm, maximum transformation ratio Ko = 2.9 with a pump drive gearbox, connected to the gearbox with a splined clutch, installed on the front wall of the rear axle. The torque converter is connected to an elastic coupling mounted on the engine by a cardan transmission.

The hydraulic system of the Chetra T-20 Bulldozer includes a five-section distributor, an S1A6155 gear pump manufactured by DAVID BROWN, a hydraulic tank and a safety valve.

The model features a large spherical blade capacity, which ensures high productivity. By using diagonal traction to transfer power from the blade to the spar, maximum thrust force and shaft approach are achieved.

The T-20 is equipped with a planetary gearbox that shifts under load. It has 3 reverse and 3 forward gears. The gearbox is structurally combined into a single unit with a main gear and a matching gearbox. The operator's cabin in this model is single. It is installed on rubber shock absorbers. Comfortable working conditions for the operator are achieved thanks to noise-absorbing upholstery, a large glass area providing good visibility, a hot-air heater and a ventilation unit. The tracks of the bulldozer T-2001, T-20.02, CHETRA T-20 are prefabricated with one grouser and a seal to hold liquid lubricant in the hinge. Track tension is easily adjusted with a grease gun.
