Equipment under the Chetra brand first appeared in 2002. Cheboksary produces cars. One of the main directions is the production of heavy equipment, in particular, a wide range of bulldozers.

From the very beginning, Chetra products were focused on competition with foreign companies, which were abundantly present in the domestic market of special equipment. In the design of its bulldozers, Chetra uses both Russian and imported components and assemblies. Thus, the Yaroslavl engine can be replaced with a Cummins engine; units from well-known brands are used in the hydraulic system. Initially, the design incorporated the concept of modularity of the main components, which increases maintainability, facilitates maintenance and increases the reliability of the entire machine as a whole.

The used engine heaters (PZhD 30L, HYDRONIC M-II, HYDRONIC 35) and cabin heaters (AIRTRONIK-2D) expand the geography of application of the equipment, allowing it to be used in the most severe conditions.

To increase cross-country ability on soft soils, modifications are provided (with the letter “M” in the name) that have reduced pressure on the supporting surface due to the use of wide tracks and an increase in the number of rollers.

It should be said that rollers, side clutches, and a number of other components do not require adjustment throughout their entire service life.

Several types of blades are used as a working tool, as well as single- or multi-tooth rippers. An electronically controlled hydraulic system allows you to use the engine and transmission in the most optimal way, adjusting the operating modes of the components depending on the load on the working tool.

The conditions in which the operator has to work are not ignored. The modern design of the cabin, sound and heat insulated, equipped with ergonomic controls, an adjustable seat, is “decoupled” from vibrations of the machine body due to installation on vibration-absorbing supports, rubber or hydraulic. A large glass area, the ability to install air conditioning, a satellite system that allows you to control the location of the machine and its operating modes, and other options make the cabins used on equipment of this brand one of the most comfortable.

The scope of application of Chetra bulldozers is the construction of buildings, roads, work in quarries and mining, solving those problems where productive and powerful equipment is required.

T9

The lightest bulldozer in the Chetra production program. Structurally similar to older models, in particular T11, with which it is unified in many units. T9 is available in several modifications, for example, T9M is designed to work, for example, in wetlands, because low ground pressure will ensure excellent cross-country ability.

Another modification, T9T, is intended for clearing areas of bushes and small forests, laying roads, draining areas, and also during forest fires. For this purpose, the bulldozer is protected by a hinged frame that protects the glazing, hydraulic and other components and assemblies, and the cabin from falling small trees, impacts from branches, etc. Structurally, the T9T is no different from other modifications; the main difference is only in the safety cage, which can be installed independently on the T9 bulldozer available on the farm. Spare parts for bulldozer T-11

Thanks to connections with various manufacturing plants, we have the opportunity to supply spare parts even for special equipment that we do not directly sell. We would like to use our experience to help the greatest number of customers. The Chetra tractors and bulldozers definitely require no less spare parts than the T-170, T10M, B10M ChTZ machines and others, which we have been working on for many years.

Bulldozers of the Chetra brand produced by OJSC Promtractor (Cheboksary) are no less popular on the Russian market than the Ural machines ChTZ - Uraltrak. The model range and range of traction classes of Chetra bulldozers is quite wide: in Cheboksary they produce machines weighing from 17-20 tons, with an engine power of 150 hp. (model T-9), up to 65 tons, power 590 hp. (model T-40).

In this section we will talk about components for the Cheboksary bulldozer T11 “Chetra” . At the same time, since this equipment is not from our assortment, we will tell you in detail about its main parts and components, so that a supplier from a customer who visits our website and is looking for spare parts for a T11 bulldozer has the opportunity to better understand what he needs and for which component of this machine . We assume that this supplier may not be looking for spare parts for the T11, but, for example, an entire assembly of mounted tools. Let's devote a little time to this issue.

Diesel bulldozer "Chetra" T11, capabilities, attachments as standard

Unlike the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant, which uses well-known diesel engines produced by its related company, Promtractor OJSC widely uses expensive but high-quality American Cummins diesel engines, which have also been popular in Russia for many years. For almost every model of the Chetra bulldozer, the manufacturer provides a choice between the domestic diesel engine of the YaMZ brand and a more expensive version of the machine - with a Cummins engine.

The Chetra T11 bulldozer is equipped with a YaMZ-236ND-2 or Cummins QSB6.7-C204 diesel engine with a power of 185-187 hp. In terms of engine power, it is approximately the same as the modern model B10M "ChTZ" (which uses the diesel D180 "ChTZ - Uraltrak"), but its operating weight is greater - 20-23 tons - and the traction class is correspondingly higher (11th).

Ripping equipment and winch Chetra T15

Chetra T15 bulldozers are equipped with one or three-shank rippers with adjustable loosening angle, weighing 2265 kg or 2475 kg (respectively). The maximum depth they provide is 7OO mm / 830 mm. Loosening angle = 45/- degrees. Maximum pull-out force – 21.2 T. Maximum penetration force – 9.6 T.

The winch (installed as an additional option) on the Chetra T15 bulldozer provides the maximum force of the traction unit at a level of at least 30 thousand kgf. The length of the winch rope is 75 meters. The estimated speed of winding the first layer of rope onto the winch drum is at least ten meters per minute.

Bulldozers Chetra model range – Special equipment

The CHETRA T-11 bulldozer is the basic model of the manufacturer’s line of crawler bulldozers. The bulldozer tractor was developed jointly with German engineers and received several key features that were decisive when choosing a model. Today, CHETRA T-11 bulldozers are used in production and on construction sites and remain in demand among domestic consumers.

Bulldozer CHETRA T-11: description

The CHETRA brand began with the T-11 model. This is a heavy crawler bulldozer designed for the development of any category of soil, including hard and frozen. The equipment can be used in industry, the oil and gas complex, the mining sector, and construction.

According to the owners, the car has good performance against the backdrop of impressive comfort and safety indicators. The ergonomic cab design and control layout combines power and adaptability to the most demanding operating conditions.

The CHETRA T-11 bulldozer is designed for operation in the ambient temperature range from - 50 to + 50 degrees. Thanks to the modular design of parts and assemblies, the machine is maintainable and easy to maintain.

Each unit can be removed and separately repaired in a specialized room.

The convenient location of the refilling tanks allows you to reduce the time for maintenance, and, therefore, increases the profitability of using the T-11 in production.

Bulldozer CHETRA T-11: technical characteristics

Since the machine was developed jointly with the German concern Sauer Danfoss and was intended to meet the needs of the modern user, the T-11 is equipped with various units and components, both Russian, German and American.

Engine

Buyers of the CHETRA T-11 bulldozer have two machine configurations available:

  • with YaMZ-236ND2 engine;
  • with Cummins QSB6.7-C204 engine.

The engine of the Yaroslavl Motor Plant is a six-cylinder, four-stroke V-shaped diesel engine, complemented by a liquid cooling system. The engine capacity is slightly more than 11 liters.

The engine cylinder diameter is 130 mm, the piston stroke is 140 mm. The power unit produces a maximum torque of 883 Nm at an operating crankshaft speed of 1200-1400 rpm. The operating power of the machine with YaMZ-236ND2 reaches 185 hp.

/136 kW at a maximum crankshaft speed of 1900 rpm.

The Cummins QSB6.7-C204 engine is a six-cylinder in-line four-stroke diesel unit with a liquid cooling system, turbocharging and an air charge cooling system. The engine displacement of the American brand is 6.7 liters.

The engine cylinder diameter is 102 mm, the piston stroke is 136.4 mm. At a nominal crankshaft speed of 1500 rpm, the power unit produces 938 Nm of torque.

The operating power of the machine at a maximum crankshaft speed of 2000 per minute is 187 hp / 137.5 kW.

With a smaller volume, the American unit provides more, albeit not much power. The difference in torque is significant. The Cummins engine has the advantages of reliability, increased performance and lower fuel consumption.

At the same time, YaMZ-236ND2 is easier to maintain and cheaper to repair. Engines from the Yaroslavl plant are used on numerous domestic vehicles and receive quite decent reviews.

However, in this case, the American motor seems more preferable.

Transmission, hydraulic system and chassis

The T-11 transmission system is represented by a planetary gearbox with power shifting and a speed range from 3.7 to 14.4 km/h. The traction force of a machine is determined by its weight and traction. The hydrostatic type transmission was developed and already named by order of a domestic manufacturer.

To ensure the operation of the machine, a three-stage torque converter is used, connected to the engine through an elastic coupling and cardan drive. The undercarriage system consists of six-roller tracks with two supporting additional rollers on each side.

The chassis uses a disposable, lifelong lubrication system. Caterpillars of CHETRA T-11, T-11.01 and T-11.02 bulldozers are of prefabricated type. The track shoe width is 510 mm, the link pitch is 203 mm. Other characteristics of the chassis system:

  • number of shoes - 39;
  • lug height - 65 mm;
  • track support surface area - 2.668 m2;
  • the created specific pressure on the ground is 0.76 kgf/cm2.

The separate-unit hydraulic system of the bulldozer uses a gear pump. The productivity of the unit is 163 l/min. A four-section distributor has been produced. The maximum pressure in the hydraulic system is 20 MPa.

ENGINE

The CHETRA T40 bulldozer is equipped with only one variant of the power plant - the foreign diesel engine Cummins QSK19-C650, which has proven itself excellent in Russian operating conditions. The engine is equipped with the Quantum system with electronic diagnostic, control, engine protection and fuel injection systems. The cleaning system has a special filter-water separator Fleetguard Industrial Pro FH234 and fuel filters with replaceable filter elements.

The cooling system involves the presence of 2 radiator blocks, one of which is responsible for cooling the fuel and charge air. The thermal regime of the unit is controlled using a fan and thermostat.

The Cummins QSK19-C650 diesel has the standard 6-cylinder (in-line) liquid-cooled design for Cummins products. In terms of the level of harmful emissions, the unit complies with EU Stage 2/Tier 2 standards. To facilitate engine starting at sub-zero temperatures, a pre-heater is provided (installed upon request).

Cummins QSK19-C650 engine characteristics:

  • working volume – 19 l;
  • power – 435 (590) kW (hp);
  • maximum torque – 3118 Nm;
  • cylinder diameter – 159 mm;

The bulldozer's fuel tank holds up to 1200 liters of fuel.

Application area

This equipment is designed to solve problems in the road, hydraulic, industrial and oil and gas fields. Ideal for working in confined spaces, since thanks to the counter-rotation of the tracks, the bulldozer is able to turn around on the spot. The test results of CHETRA T6 confirmed the theoretical traction indicators. The bulldozer copes with its main task and provides maximum performance when moving soil. This is an undoubted merit of domestic developers and specialists who produce components for it.

Features of the bulldozer

A distinctive feature of this model, which gives an undoubted advantage when transporting it, is a rotating hydraulic blade with folding sides. This design solution allows you to use a KAMAZ 65117 bulldozer for transportation without obtaining permits from the traffic police. The bulldozer can also be used as a leveler - its blade can warp and rotate in plan, and soil can be dumped to the right or left. Additional advantages include a spacious cabin with excellent visibility and easy control using a joystick.
