Design and operating features

CHETRA T 35 has a standard design for brand models with a durable frame and a 3-point semi-rigid structure, the main feature of which is the remote swing axis. This design helps reduce shock loads, improve working conditions and traction characteristics. 7 road wheels located on each side guide and support the wheels. The guide wheels have self-clamping cone-shaped seals.

The chassis uses non-permanently closed clutches and permanently closed brakes, presented in the form of multi-disc clutches in oil, which guarantees smooth control of the bulldozer. The tracks are prefabricated with 1 grouser and a seal that helps seal the lubricant of the hinges for the full service life.

CHETRA T 35 is equipped with a hydromechanical transmission, including a matching gearbox, planetary gearbox and main gear, which are represented by a single unit installed in the rear axle. The 6-speed gearbox (3 forward and 3 reverse gears) with oil-immersed clutches is distinguished by its high power transmission capability. The gearbox shifts under load, allowing you to maintain the desired operating parameters using a single lever.

The final drive has a 2-stage design with a first stage (external gears) and a second stage (planetary). Another important transmission element is the single-stage 3-element torque converter, which has an active diameter of 480 mm. It is installed on the pump drive gearbox and integrated with an elastic coupling and gearbox.

The hydraulic system used in CHETRA T 35 is structurally no different from similar elements in other models of the manufacturer. It is of a separate-aggregate type and includes the following main elements:

  • 3 gear pumps with a total capacity of up to 500 l/min;
  • 2 spool valves for changing the angle of inclination and raising the teeth and ensuring the required blade misalignment;

The CHETRA T 35 cabin is designed for one person. It is installed using rubber shock absorbers to improve comfort. Tractor T 35

The T 35 wheeled tractor differs from its tracked counterparts in that it does not damage the road surface when moving and goes everywhere easily. Engine

  • Cummins QSK19-C650 - manufactured in America, characterized as a four-stroke six-cylinder engine with a volume of 18.91 liters. It is equipped with cooling (liquid), turbocharging with a preliminary decrease in the temperature of the incoming air, and has a power of 360 kW (490 horsepower). The cylinders are installed with a diameter of 16 cm. The maximum torque is 3119 Nm, the installation produces 2100 rpm. In addition, the “Quantum” option is responsible for direct injection, timely response in case of malfunction in order to protect, check and correct engine control;
  • YaMZ-850.10 - produced in Yaroslavl, characterized as a four-stroke twelve-cylinder engine with a volume of 25.9 liters. It is equipped with a cooling system (liquid) and turbocharging, and has an output of 383 kW (520 horsepower). The cylinders, 14 cm in diameter, are arranged in a V shape, with a camber angle of 90 degrees. The maximum torque is 2686 Nm, the installation produces 1900 rpm;
  • KTTA19-520 is installed extremely rarely. Has a power of 352 kW (480 horsepower).

Engine

Engine – 12-cylinder, diesel fuel. The engine system is four-stroke “liquid-air” with turbocharging and cooling 850.10. Manufacturer: Yaroslavl Motor Plant.
