Device. Features of the main components and assemblies

The engine, transmission units, and cabin are installed on a welded frame made of two steel spars and cross beams. The rear part has a trailer hitch attached. Power unit

To turn off the permanently closed unit, a mechanical drive from a pedal in the driver’s cabin is used.

The cardan shaft transmits rotation to the planetary mechanism of the torque amplification device. When using it, the car increases the traction force by a quarter due to a decrease in speed, which makes it possible to overcome obstacles without switching to a lower gear.


Bulldozer DT-75. Rear linkage

The gearbox and rear axle are housed in one cast housing, which increases the rigidity of the structure. The bridge is equipped with planetary-type turning mechanisms with control of band brakes, driven by a mechanical drive from levers in the control cabin.

  • two hydraulic cylinders for raising and lowering the bucket, mounted on the front of the tractor frame on either side of the engine.

Additional shields can be installed in the upper part of the bucket to protect the tractor radiator and hydraulic cylinders from damage.

In the modification of the DZ-42G equipment, only one hydraulic cylinder is used, installed centrally in front of the tractor radiator.

To work on soft soils and peat bogs, instead of the BNDT-10, the BNDT-20 fixed blade, which is large in size, can be used.

2. The rotary blade BPDT or DZ-42P has wider functionality compared to a fixed blade, due to the change in the angle of rotation of the working element relative to the longitudinal axis of the tractor up to 25 degrees in both directions. This allows you to more effectively clear roads of snow, fill trenches, and level different areas of the terrain.

It includes:

  • a working body (bucket) having on the reverse side a spherical attachment point to the pushing frame;
  • a pushing U-shaped frame, hingedly attached to the tractor body and to the working element by means of a spherical hinge;
  • two side pushers, hinged at the edges of the bucket and to the pushing frame;
  • two screw stops hinged on the top of the bucket and the push frame;
  • two hydraulic cylinders to control the raising and lowering of the working body.

The working body is attached to the pushing frame in three places: in the center using a spherical hinge and at the edges using pushers. The rotation angle of the bucket is adjusted by changing the length of the side pushers by rearranging their attachment points to the pushing frame. Using screw stops, the required cutting angle of the knives is set.

Instead of metal knives, rubber knives can be installed at the bottom of the bucket for working on soft soils or clearing roads of freshly fallen snow.

3. The universal rotary blade BUDT with hydraulic drive is capable of performing any type of bulldozer work in construction and industrial production by changing the plane of the working body using three hydraulic cylinders, the operation of which is controlled from the tractor cabin.

The main feature of this type of bulldozer equipment is the presence of a separate hydraulic cylinder that controls the rotation of the working body at an angle of up to 25 degrees in any direction from the longitudinal axis of the tractor.

Principle of operation

At the beginning of the work of the DT-75DERS2 bulldozer, the cutting part of the blade is buried in the ground, while the machine simultaneously moves forward. The soil separated from the mass accumulates in front of the knife, forming a so-called drawing prism.

The separation of soil from the massif occurs until the drawing prism reaches the upper edge of the blade of this machine, after which the blade rises to the soil surface while moving, continuing to move the drawing prism to its destination.

The depressions encountered by this special equipment along the route are filled with soil from the drawing prism, and the elevations are cut off by the cutting edge of the blade. This is how site planning is carried out. If the material being moved needs to be distributed over the surface, then the blade must be raised to the required height when the machine is moving, equal to the thickness of the layer being poured.
