A good professional class device. The only part I have any complaints about is the carburetor. The MB is designed to work in different modes, but the carburetor is unable to support this; at idle and medium speeds there are no problems, but when loads and full loads arise, the speeds begin to float. At MB I replaced it with a single-chamber one from Zaporozhets. Now it works without problems.

I would suggest a step with 2 positions, since with it fully extended it is not possible to attach a trailer or attach an attachment. Fuel tank with a flat bottom! I understand that it is compact, but it does not provide fuel to the engine in all operating modes of the walk-behind tractor! IMHO - either it should be cylindrical, or with a “cone” bottom. It’s also inevitable that all agro units should be equipped with additional weights when selling, and I really want a system for additional balancing of the walk-behind tractor when working with various attachments. And the main thing, of course, is the expansion of the dealer network...

Another would be to add brakes on the wheels, the ability to change the track, install a hydraulic pump (for example, like on the MTZ mini tractor), increase the rigidity of the steering column, and an oil pressure indicator. The PTO engagement drive should be made with a cable like the Djuse or with the same lever that turns on the differential lock. Breakdowns and repairs

The Agro unit differs from other heavy-duty models in its long service life and reliable operation.

The operation of the walk-behind tractor is influenced by operating conditions, proper running-in after purchasing the factory unit, and timely maintenance and care.

If the unit is under warranty, then all repair work must be carried out by the module manufacturer. The owner has no right to open the seals and repair it. If the malfunctions of the walk-behind tractor are minor, then you can adjust its operation yourself.

Possible breakdowns and damage are presented in the repair instructions for the Agros walk-behind tractor and have a general appearance. Among them are the following:

• problems with starting and engine malfunctions;
• The chassis does not work;
• malfunctions in the gearbox (gearbox);

If there is no spark or sparks weakly, it is necessary to adjust the intermediate gap and check the condition of the electrodes. The gap norm is 0.8 mm.

When there are changes in the gap between the intake and exhaust valves on the engine, they are tightened or relaxed to the permissible value.

A low compression ratio has been detected in the cylinder. All worn parts are removed and replaced.

Cleaning the muffler will also help get rid of the spark problem.

Engine replacement

If the engine for an Agro walk-behind tractor breaks down and needs to be replaced, use an adapter kit. Instead of a native motor, imported ones with a cylindrical shaft with a diameter of 25 mm are suitable:

Design, repair and adjustment of the carburetor

Adjustment (tuning) of the carburetor of the Agro walk-behind tractor is carried out only when the engine is warm; the position of the throttle valve is adjusted using a special adjusting screw.
