There are no such configuration options in the current production program of the plant.

Model description

Belarus 132N is a mini tractor model, often found under the name Belarus MTZ 132N. These two references indicate the same model. The mini tractor is produced by the Smorgon Aggregate Plant, which is a structural division of the Minsk Tractor Plant. The model has been produced since 1992 and is among the top most popular mini tractors from MTZ.

Minitractor Belarus MTZ 132N

The multifunctional mini tractor Belarus MTZ 132N, depending on the batch and place of assembly, is equipped with air-cooled gasoline engines (one of two):

  • Honda GX390 (four-cylinder, 389 cm3);
  • Lifan LF188FB (four-cylinder, 389 cm3).

In addition, limited edition samples are also available for sale. Mini tractors of this type of assembly are equipped with two-cylinder engines manufactured by B&S (their power is greater and equal to 16 hp).

Honda GX390 Lifan LF188FB

The starting system of the Belarus MTZ 132N is carried out using an electric starter from a manual winding or from a battery. The gearbox on this model is four-speed, the total number of gears is seven (four front, three rear). The clutch is mechanical. The clutch is a closed type, in an oil bath. This method of operation extends the service life of the coupling and the minitractor operates longer.

The drive on the mini tractor Belarus MTZ 132N is full, but if necessary, you can disable the rear axle and switch to front-wheel drive control. Among other options, this mini tractor has a differential lock. This option makes turning easier and allows you to maneuver in areas of loose soil. The engine power of this vehicle is 13 horsepower.

Chassis and transmission

The chassis of the Belarus 132N is based on a frame made up of 2 sections. The front section includes the clutch housing and the front axle, the rear section consists of a second axle. The sections are connected to each other by a hinge, which allows the parts to move horizontally and vertically.

A special feature of the tractor chassis is all-wheel drive.

The front wheels can be turned to change the direction of movement of the machine. The rear axle drive is switchable. The steering is mechanical, equipped with a worm gear.

The transmission includes a multi-disc clutch operating in an oil bath. A 4-speed manual gearbox is attached to the clutch housing, located together with the front axle drive. The box has constant mesh gears and is equipped with clutches that serve for shockless gear shifting. For reversing, the box has 3 speeds. It provides forward speed in the range of 2.8-17.7 km/h, reverse - 4-12.9 km/h.

The design of the box has a 1-speed drive shaft for attachments, located on the back cover of the box. The shaft is of a universal type, can operate in dependent and synchronous modes.

The axles are equipped with main pairs of bevel gears equipped with spiral teeth and differentials. The front axle differential is locked using a semi-automatic mechanism. The blocking is controlled by the operator using a lever. To drive the wheels, final gearboxes equipped with 2 spur gears are used. The service brakes are disc and operate in oil. There is no parking brake.

The machine is equipped with a system for adjusting the wheel track width according to three values:

  • 600 mm;
  • 700 mm;
  • 840 mm.

Agriculture

Initially we looked at the PFS-0.75BKU utility vehicle, it consists of: Basic MTZ 82.1 tractor + MK-2 brush + PKU-0.8 loader + 0.8 m3 bucket + KO-04 blade. But we had to abandon the blade, since removing and installing it is long and inconvenient, and with it the tractor cannot load a truck (it cannot drive close). Based on our experience, the loader in this configuration is rather weak for our needs (the old one is boiled and overcooked), the bucket is small, and we were advised to have a brush ShchO-1.8 (Orelstroymash). Therefore, we had to assemble the car from other components. The base tractor was taken MTZ 82.1-23/12 with a reinforced front beam axle (with hydraulic booster! Oh good luck!), a D-243 engine (God forbid us from Belarusian turbines), an ancient unsynchronized 9-speed gearbox with a reduction gear (18 in total gears). The mechanics (seller) were dissuaded from using the 920 and 892 tractors because of their “high” reliability. Loader "Pioneer" PFN-0.9 bucket 1m3. Brush Orelstroymash ShchO-1.8. For all the fun 850,000 rubles. Started operation. All fluids were changed. Instead of antifreeze, we poured good antifreeze, Castrol5w40 synthetic into the engine, and a normal Nippon transmission with GL-5 approval into the box. A week later, the protective cover of the welding brush fell off, it was welded, and now it doesn’t fall off. On the second day, the tractor stalled due to a “properly” designed fuel supply system. The tractor fuel tank is two separate tanks connected to each other by a fuel pipe with a flow area of 5 mm. The fuel pump draws fuel simultaneously from the left and right halves of the tank if both tank taps are open. But the excess fuel pumped by the fuel pump is drained into the left tank. When the tanks are less than half full, fuel quickly (10 minutes) flows from the right tank to the left, air leaks through the right tank and the tractor stalls. Starting the tractor after such a surprise is a big problem, because while you pump air through the pipes, the engine will stall again 5-10 times... The tractor driver drilled out the valves, but it seems that the problem could not be completely solved, with half the tanks the tractor driver carefully monitors the fuel level, turning off the right one in time tank in which the fuel level sensor is installed. The next joke is that after a week the clutch began to move under load. A specialist came a couple of times to adjust the paws, but it didn’t help. According to him, 8 tractors out of 100 have this effect... It will disappear after some time when the box gets used. And the effect is that the engaged gear cannot be switched off while driving. In my opinion, it is the clutch disc that, when heated, deforms, taking the shape of a “propeller”, because of this it becomes a little thicker, and even when the clutch is fully depressed, it slightly catches the driven disc, preventing the gear from being turned off. After a couple of months of hard winter use, the “driving” effect disappeared. A month or two later in the winter, at one fine moment, another surprise occurred - in the cold, one of the rods of the hydraulic distributor (there are three in total, two identical), which controls the raising and lowering of the front loader bucket, burst. No one in Moscow has any traction (I called a dozen companies myself, made a written request to Minsk), and the seller doesn’t either... They said that you don’t have to look. Of course, no answer came from Minsk. It’s good that there are welders... We welded it, installed it, two days later the second twin rod bursts... And to get to the rods, you need to dismantle the cabin floor in the cold... After 100 engine hours, the diesel engine began to consume oil, 1 liter per 100 engine hours. We were welding a ladle that burst in the places where the earrings are welded to which the hydraulic cylinders are connected. Compared to the construction JCB and CAT, the MTZ tractor is made of foil; tractor drivers do not risk crashing the bucket into an icy snowdrift when accelerating. According to them, then the loader bucket will be in the cabin. Where do you think the tractor stove is located? You'll never guess, on the ceiling... So that your feet don't rot in the cold. Since October 2012 the tractor has accumulated 500 operating hours. The last 300 of them do not present any surprises yet. Personally, I would not buy such a tractor for myself. Apparently, we will soon have to buy another utility tractor (to replace the 11-year-old MTZ-82.1 with a similar configuration), if you have experience in operating utility vehicles, please write. Since the question remains open, what to buy for cleaning a territory of about 12 hectares and with which there are fewer problems. I am looking for a front loader with the ability to attach a brush and, as an option, a quick-release blade that does not interfere with loading.

Hydraulic system

The MTZ-132 tractor is equipped with separate hydraulics with fluid supply to several actuator units. To create pressure, a gear pump driven by a gearbox is used. The pump ensures a pressure in the system of at least 14 MPa and supplies up to 8 liters of oil per minute to the working cylinders. A spool valve distribution unit is used to supply fluid. The main hydraulic cylinder of the system is equipped with a housing with a diameter of 40 mm and allows a stroke of 70 mm.

The hitch is located on the rear of the tractor and is equipped with 4 links with articulated units. The device can be adjusted in length using screw braces. The system allows a load of no more than 140 kg.

Attachments

The instructions recommend installing equipment produced at the Smorgon plant on the MTZ-132N minitractor:

  • potato digger type KFT2-01;
  • tractor harrow model BT-1.6;
  • cultivator type KTD-1;
  • small-sized mower KTM-00;
  • utility brush ShchK-00010M;
  • universal hiller OU-00;
  • rotary mower KTM-2;
  • universal plow PU-00.

When using attachments, ballast can be used to load the drive wheels of the front and rear axles. The weights are located on the wheel rims and are steel disks weighing 17 kg. The machine can simultaneously accommodate 4 disks.

Potato digger

A potato digger is designed for mechanically digging tubers out of the ground, which are then collected manually. Several versions of potato diggers are available for the tractor. The attachment is connected to the power take-off shaft via a cardan shaft or an adapter with a shaft.

The KKM-3 potato digger is connected to the shaft through a special adapter. The mechanism includes a ploughshare and a sifting grid. The depth of soil digging is regulated by support wheels, and the engine speed adjusts the degree of soil separation. The unit weighs 40 kg and is attached to the tractor using a triangular hitch.

The Smorgon plant produces the KFT2-01 potato digger, designed for working in fields with a distance between rows of 600 mm. The 110 kg design uses a plowshare and a screen. It is possible to use a vibrating potato digger of the KMTZ type. The machine is equipped with a 400 mm wide knife and weighs 47 kg.

Blade

The blade is installed on the front of the tractor. Lifting and lowering are controlled by the standard hydraulic system; the blade frame has a separate working cylinder. The liquid distributor is replaced with a double-lever one, which is supplied in the kit.

The blade has a working area with a width of 1200 mm and a weight of 65 kg. The tractor can operate at speeds of up to 5 km/h and clear an area of 4-6 thousand m² of snow in 1 hour.

Milling cutter

A milling cutter model FR-00700 RE is produced for the tractor, designed for cultivating the soil before planting vegetables. The design of the cutter allows you to work on slopes with a slope of up to 10°. Working knives mounted on a milling cutter till the soil to a depth of 100 mm. The cutter is installed on the rear linkage and connected to the drive shaft.

The device has a working area width adjustable within 44-95 cm. The cutter weighs 75 kg and can operate at speeds up to 3 km/h.

Main modifications

Based on the Belarus 132N minitractor, a number of versions were produced, which differed in the power unit:

  • 132N-01 with Honda engine;
  • 132N-02 with a Chinese engine from Lifan;
  • 132N-03, equipped with a Briggs&Stratton engine

The 132P model is distinguished by the installation of a hydraulically driven bucket loader. The machine is equipped with a plastic lining and an operator station with improved ergonomics.

Device Features

The Belarus-132N minitractor is equipped with a single-cylinder gasoline power unit from the Japanese manufacturer Honda. The engine has the index GX390, which precisely indicates its displacement (390 cubic meters). The motor is capable of developing a rated power of 13 horsepower, which translates to 9.6 kilowatts. There are also some versions equipped with the LF188FD engine manufactured by Lifan, which has similar power indicators. The manufacturer produced a limited batch of mini tractors, which, in addition to their standard power plants, had a two-cylinder four-stroke B&S engine. Its power reaches 16 horsepower, which is quite a high figure for this mini tractor.

In any configuration and in any version, the Belarus-132N model has a mechanical transmission. The gearbox includes 4 forward gears and 3 reverse gears. The front axle was supplemented with a locking differential, providing the vehicle with increased cross-country ability on various types of soil. It should be noted that this function does not work automatically and to enable it, you must move the control lever located on the dashboard to the appropriate position. Disabling the blocking occurs in exactly the same way.

The onboard hydraulic system of the Belarus-132N minitractor has a gear hydraulic pump, which operates through a special drive from the power unit, a single-section spool-valve hydraulic distributor, and a hydraulic cylinder. Installation of a front linkage mechanism was often offered as additional options.

The tractor has an all-wheel drive system, which also provides high maneuverability. It is worth noting that here the all-wheel drive is not permanent, which means disabling the front axle. Among its class, the Belarus-132N model stands out thanks to its articulated frame, which provides excellent maneuverability.

Reliability

Although the design of the mini tractor seems weak at first glance (hinge joints in the center), in fact the machine can withstand very serious loads, which has been tested by time. The tractor is unpretentious in terms of the quality of fuel consumed, but it is still recommended to fill the tank with AI-92.

Repair features

As was described at the beginning, Belarus-132N was based on the Belarus-112 minitractor; accordingly, most of the elements and components were unified. The simple design allows the owner to eliminate any malfunctions in a short time.

Advantages and disadvantages

Tractor owners cite the following as advantages:

  1. High load capacity of the machine when driving on level ground. According to the repair and operation manual, the tractor is capable of moving loads weighing up to 500 kg.
  2. The all-wheel drive system provides good maneuverability in snow and loose soil.
  3. Ease of repair and availability of spare parts.

Negative aspects of the tractor:

  1. Open cabin. This makes it difficult to use the tractor in inclement weather or in winter.
  2. Difficulty starting the engine in winter.
  3. High fuel consumption.
  4. Failure of drive shafts.
  5. Poor fit of exterior trim parts.

Advantages:

Economical, 4x4, powerful, stove in the cabin.

Flaws:

The price is a little steep.

Details:

A very good brand of MTZ tractors, also known as BELARUS. In my opinion, the Minsk Tractor Plant produces very good and high-quality tractors of many models. MTZ 82.1 is excellent for processing small plots and large hectares of land. This tractor is equipped with a four-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, a nine-speed gearbox, and the 4x4 wheel arrangement, by the way, is very helpful in difficult terrain. For me personally, this tractor suits all parameters, by the way, here’s a photo of it

The very powerful rear linkage mount does not require any reinforcement. See for yourself.

This tractor pulls a three-furrow plow. There is a power take-off shaft. Takes 18 liters per hectare. After purchasing a tractor, you can drive it for five years without changing anything, but after five years you must change the filters, tighten the bolts and nuts, but these are minor things. So this is a good assistant!

After working for several years on a Belarus tractor, I bought a new tractor, also of this brand, MTZ 82.1. The MTZ 82.1 Belarus tractor, unlike Chinese tractors, really implies reliability, proven over generations, all materials and their quality are practically unchanged, and will not let you down in a robot.

Perhaps the MTZ 80X “Belarus” is today the best tractor in the CIS countries based on price, quality and versatility of its use. In particular, you simply cannot find a better tractor for working on small farms or for servicing private individuals in the agricultural sector. This tractor is a legend of the agricultural business in the post-Soviet space.

The Zhytomyr region, namely the south of the region, is one of the most actively developing agricultural centers, where the percentage of the population employed in agriculture is very significant. So, in 90% of cases, private entrepreneurs use “Belarus” machines, although large farms use more powerful and larger equipment.

Previously, the MTZ 82.1 Tractor was known to everyone as Belarus, from the Minsk Tractor Plant, and this was considered a sign of quality. The plant has many models, but we got to know this particular tractor with a four-cylinder diesel engine. It copes well with field work of any degree of complexity of soil and weather conditions, nine-speed gearbox, 4 by 4, the rear linkage is extremely powerful, suitable for a three-furrow plow. Consumption per hectare is 18 liters, and it has been working like an ox without breakdowns for four years. It is true that maintenance should not be done carelessly - check the tightness of the bolts and nuts, to see if there is any rattling - one “loose” part can spoil the entire strength of the machine. We compared it in price with many other tractors, for example Puma at Spetstrans LLC. Of course, these cars are more modern, functional, even stylish, but we haven’t yet been able to match the price of the updated fleet of equipment. Our Belarus is a workhorse that does a lot of work - and tows, if necessary, and plows, and transports. German tractors are also powerful and high-quality, but in terms of ease of handling, repair (and most importantly, the economic profitability of repairs) we cannot yet find a replacement for the Minsk one. Another big plus is that it has a rotation transmission shaft, which makes installing attachments a breeze; you can supply equipment not only for field work, but also for cleaning and removing snow and other tasks for workhorses.

Historical reference

https://autogear.ru/article/277/931/mtz—tehnicheskie-harakteristiki-i-otzyivyi/

Tractor manufacturing in Belarus moved to a new level in the 1970s, when the production of MTZ series tractors began by order of the USSR Council of Ministers. It was at that time that the government decided to produce a very powerful row-crop tractor. MTZ-50 was taken as the basis. The design of the vehicle has undergone numerous changes, the cabin and trim have also been modernized, and a new engine with higher power has been installed. The first tests of MTZ-82.1 took place in 1972 and turned out to be quite successful. Based on these test runs, a list of aggregated units and parts was formed, and about 230 devices were created, aimed at performing various types of work. At the same time, the speed of movement of the tractor reached 30 km/h, which made it possible to use it for transport work.

Uh...what's better or worse? The bucket is 0.8 or cu. front wheels.)) But on an 80cc engine it will be a bit much, it doesn’t run well anyway, the front end just collapses and that’s it. And don’t get carried away with the 82k, they say the front axle doesn’t last long under the engine. A new one here costs about 80 grand. Repairs ….stock up on repair kits for hydraulic cylinders and purchase a welding machine.

The Belarus MTZ-82.1 tractor was purchased last year for several hundred thousand rubles. The car is completely worth the investment. Although the cabin is cramped, all controls are absolutely functional - there is ventilation and heating. All machine kits are of quite high quality and have a long service life. I would like to note good maintainability and low cost of spare parts. The machine can be serviced in a garage or field conditions. The tractor is well suited for construction and road work. Our employees use the machine both in public utilities and in loading and unloading operations. The hydraulic suspension system is quite simple and therefore reliable. No complicated electronics, and everything works without any interruptions. The tractor can be mounted with a variety of attachments. The engine power, however, is only limited and it often overheats. It is necessary to regularly clean the cooling system and oil channels. MTZ-82.1 is undemanding in terms of fuel quality and is very economical due to its low weight.

The barrel, it turns out, is not sprung at all, except for pneumatic tires. But for low speed driving it is fine. You also need to write on it in white “No turns or stops” - I saw it in Rostov-on-Don - it looks like there was a towed kung trailer with the same inscription. Probably so that the gays don’t worry about the lack of lighting equipment and a registration plate when driving on public roads.

Advantages:

Sufficient power

Flaws:

No

I was pleased with the tractor. I bought it in 2010, MTZ 82.1. There is absolutely enough power for trailed devices: for example, a seed drill for 4 bins, gear-ringed buckets, a cart can be moved, and for some time it was used as a grain loader with a 600 kg bucket. Frisky quickly picks up speed. As for how they write that it falls apart, it seems you got a poor-quality assembly. My tractor has been running on its original piston engine for 8 years now, and they have never made a transmission before. We bought it at MTZ Stavropol. Quite a good tractor for its price. I would recommend this tractor to many people. High reliability and quality. And by the way, it is used under shallow soup

Advantages:

Quality, location of controls, control devices, cabin, engine, gearbox, amenities

Flaws:

Price, rubber seals

Tractor MTZ 82.1, the best of the tractors (class 1.4) of the Belarus brand. The tractor is equipped with a good engine and gearbox, as well as a front drive axle. Controls, levers, pedals are conveniently located and do not interfere with each other. A convenient dashboard that allows you to monitor the correct and safe operation of the engine and components. Quiet operation of the bridge while driving. It has a spacious and comfortable cabin, in which you feel comfortable, and good sound insulation, which, in principle, allows you to listen to music. Over the years, MTZ tractors have become better, modernized, etc. But personally, I would focus on the MTZ 82 (82.1) of earlier years (2014), since higher quality tractors were produced in these years, compared to newer ones. But it’s all up to you to decide and choose!

Advantages:

Everyday worker

Flaws:

price for a tractor and spare parts for it

When we bought the MTZ 82.1 tractor, its price was 800 thousand. Today it costs about 1300 thousand rubles. How can this be, when nothing really has changed in the tractor??? I personally like this tractor because it is practically indestructible, easy to operate, and the advantage is that there are always spare parts for it. By the way, I stopped by for spare parts recently and I’ll tell you that prices are rising like mushrooms after rain. You can also find any trailed and attached equipment (coon, rake, plow, etc.) for it. Since in Russia MTZ is a top tractor, there are no problems with this at all. I like the cabin, it's big and comfortable. We can say that it is warm there in winter and cool in summer. The engine on this tractor is 81 hp. With. Four-stroke, diesel, four-cylinder. The tractor is excellent, there is no doubt about it.

Advantages:

Reliability, maneuverability

Flaws:

hard ride

My tractor is from 1985 and is very reliable. All this is due to the fact that it was made in the USSR. And now, since 1993, they have been producing complete rubbish. This also applies to VAZs, Volgas and other vehicles. I bought this tractor 2 years ago, but I was confident that I could work on it normally, since I bought it from an old friend of mine. There was a time when there was not enough money, and my brother and I worked in the forest in the Novgorod region, in general, I transported firewood on it and sold it to the entire population of the village N. The tractor helped me, I made good money and paid off my debts. I sold the tractor to my brother and moved back to St. Petersburg. My brother doesn’t complain about the tractor, so the equipment can be said to be indestructible.

Price and owner reviews

The cost of a car without mileage from official MTZ dealers starts from 185 thousand rubles. The option equipped with a utility kit (brush and blade) will cost 275 thousand rubles. Used tractors are sold at prices ranging from 100 to 140 thousand rubles.

Nikolay, Lipetsk region

The Belarusian car is lightweight and has small-diameter wheels. Because of this, there are restrictions on the weight of trailers. The cost of Chinese tractors is somewhat lower, and the design is more reliable and versatile. The maneuverability of the tractor is low, despite the folding frame. This is due to the long front overhang. The front end constantly catches on bumps when driving. The Belarusian machine is well suited for work in greenhouses and small flat areas.

Evgeniy, Gomel

The tractor is used on a personal plot. The problem is the failure of drive shafts in axles. Regular lubrication of the hinge is required; without it, the finger breaks the bushing and the assembly begins to dangle. It makes sense to use a tractor on plots of 50 acres or more. For smaller areas it is more cost-effective to use a walk-behind tractor.
